5/ This footnote is a pretty stark wake-up call to how Obama went from merit (he dropped use of hiring from pipeline of college students studying for air traffic controller) to a "Biographical Questionnaire."

7/ Also pretty telling was that 2 plaintiffs seeking to represent class scored 100 on test but under the "Biographical Questionnaire" didn't qualify.

9/ 2016 Congress apparently passed statute to try to refocus on merit, but whether that worked or Biden Administration undid it, I have no idea. But one thing should be clear: merit matters & if the Obama nonsense made its way back into the FAA, it should be quickly addressed.
10/10 Again, read the links to understand what how FAA moved away from merit in the most ridiculous ways to obtain "diversity." And I would like to know what Biden Administration did too.
