Slumdog Asylum Millionaire. 🚨 🚨 🚨

How does an Indian man living in asylum accommodation get awarded millions in State Contracts?

How is he able to finance the purchase of hotels & mansions? while also owing €150k+ in judgments to Revenue! ..🧵
Mohsin Manzoor Hospitality Ltd is one of the fastest growing companies in the Immigration Industry.

In Q1 '24 they made only €25k but by Q3 they were raking in over €900k.

A 3000% increase.
They are entrepreneurs of the year ! ! Image
Image
Unlucky for them they happened to buy Hearns Hotel in Clonmel.

(This is where I had my communion, confirmation & several other family events growing up - so naturally I got curious when I heard it being turned into an Asylum Centre).

Hands off Clonmel. Image
The directors of Mohsin Manzoor Hospitality Ltd are Sarabjit Singh (Indian) & Izabela Bluszczs.

The Secretary is Hamid Manzoor Butt. (Note his middle name - we will come back to him)

The company is owned 20% by Mr Singh & 80% to Ms Bluszczs.

Ms Bluszczs & Manzoor Butt have the same home address 👩‍❤️‍👨Image
Mr. Singh gives his registered address as

No. 6 Davis Lane Apartments,
73-75 Davis Street,
Mallow, Cork, Ireland.

According to this HIQA Report dated 10 July 2024, Davis Lane Apartments complex is an IPAS centre ! !Image
And for the sheer avoidance of doubt, according to this Dept. Inspection report, Apt 6 Davis Lane is included as part of the IPAS accommodation.

We can even see that the fire alarm in Apt 6 was to be fixed back in 2020. Image
Image
How is it that Mr. Singh is able to remain in asylum accommodation while simultaneously being a director & 20% shareholder of a Company that just bought this mega-mansion and is in receipt of millions worth of State Contracts??

Alarm Bells!! Image
Using loans provided by a shadow bank "Novellus" Mr. Singh & Ms Bluszczs recently purchased Shippool Lodge in Innishannon.

Its a gem of a property, I wonder what it will be used for? 🤔.. surely not an IPAS centre. Could it be for someone else!!

Check out the full tour!

Image
Whats even more amazing is how did their company "Mohsin Manzoor Hospitality" secure such lucrative contracts from the Dept of Children in the first place?

Surely the Irish Govt have rigorous due diligence procedures?? Image
You see, Mr. Singh is also the director of 7 other companies.

Two of which owe over €150k to Revenue in Commercial Judgements 🚩 🚩 🚩 Image
One of his company's Bela Apache Limited owes €139,291.00 to Revenue. (Interesting that he ran an Apache Pizza!!! What a coincidence, who else do we know runs these?)

Another enterprise, "The Cork Posh Company" owes €11k to Revenue, interesting that Hamid Manzoor Butt is also his co-director here.Image
Image
When we look a little closer at this "Cork Posh Company". We see that Mr. Singh actually gives a different home address.... This time its "68 Thomas Street Mallow"

So maybe he doesn't live in an IPAS Centre at all?? Image
Sadly, I cannot say this is definitely the case!!

You see "68 Thomas Street" is owned by CRM Properties, a company controlled by Donal O'Brien, the Apache Pizza Mogul of Munster!!

CRM Properties receives MILLIONS from the State for emergency accommodation contracts !

lolImage
Image
Amazingly Hamid Manzoor Butt actually sued CRM Properties in 2024 over a dispute for payments.

In the court case Mr. Hamid Butt was described as a "Pakistani national currently living in Dubai" whose actions pose "very serious implications" for those living in emergency accommodation.Image
Image
Mr Hamid Butt himself is also a director of a whole host of companies.

Two of which are also subject to separate commercial judgments to Revenue worth about €35k ! !

How is anyone involved in this getting approved??
🚩 🚩 Image

Opinion

That is enough info to digest for now. But this is simply an outrage!

This case highlights MAJOR oversight by Govt.

How can a ring of business men that owe hundreds of thousands to Revenue, with a director & shareholder that lives in emergency accommodation be awarded MILLIONS in State contracts ... to provide MORE emergency accommodation!!?

How are they even getting approved for the loans!?

There is an absolute blatant disregard for compliance, company law & due diligence at ALL levels here, (something I didn't mention was that most of these companies, including Mohsin Manzoor Hospitality, do not even have their latest sets of accounts filed!!! This is basic stuff lads.)

Think about the perverse incentives this all creates too. I don't need to spell it out. Migrants are LITERALLY running the asylum centres.

The Asylum Scam is the biggest fraud on the Irish taxpayer EVER. It needs to end RIGHT NOW.

Why are we paying such extortionate taxes??
Honestly, why??Image
If you like this research and want me to keep digging then please consider supporting. It takes a lot of time, mostly at nights, I wish I could do this full-time. (if only I had been elected !!)

Thank you.

Here are the top 10 paid companies.....🧵
Before we begin...

Important: This €168M spend for Q1, Q2 & Q3 is separate from IPAS spending. Same players but different game.

The most effected group here are Irish families receiving eviction notices. Singles leaving Direct Provision are second most. Image

Why Irish families?

New Govt rental rules have triggered a wave of small landlords exiting the market. Families are being driven into homelessness.

While funnelling hundreds of millions in taxpayer cash straight to big providers like Banty McEnaney & co

Fine Gael TD, Barry Ward, has posted an update on Facebook re Merrion House IPAS centre in Dublin 4.

No challenge to the decision ❌
Blind acceptance of wreckless Govt policy ✅

But is he conflicted?....🧵 Image
Image
As a sitting TD opining on migration, Ward is also actively acting as barrister for Somali diplomat Mohamed Abdallatif Hussein who was arrested at Dublin Airport on 8 charges of people smuggling.

Everyone deserves a lawyer, and barristers have a duty to represent their clients.....

BUT Ward’s choice to stay on this case is nothing short of jaw-dropping, given that he sits on the Justice Committee & is currently an elected Govt TD. His role in trying to release a charged people smuggler surely undermines any trust?Image
Image
This case is highly unusual.

Ward is pushing diplomatic immunity for Hussein, on eight counts of people-smuggling. That's someone allegedly exploiting the very IP pathways Ward publicly champions as "safe and vetted" in his Facebook post.

Given that Somalis represent ~11% of asylum applications so far this year (around 900+ out of 8,259 from Jan-Aug), makes this highly relevant.

How can he stay impartial on a system he helps shape while defending its alleged exploiter?

Why is no one asking serious questions here?Image

The Irish Govt is trying to rewrite planning laws in the middle of a High Court case it’s losing.

Kevin "Boxer" Moran's old friendships & alliances shattered. Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael councillors now at war with their own Party.

This is extraordinary.... 🍿
The Site

Lissywollen IPAS centre in Athlone was pushed through in 2024 under “emergency” planning powers for up to 1,000 men.

Locals were not consulted and they pushed back.Image

Local Democracy in Action!

Four Councillors, Paul Hogan (Independent Ireland), Frankie Keena (Fianna Fáil), Aengus O’Rourke (Fianna Fáil) and John Dolan (Fine Gael), launched a High Court challenge.

Kevin “Boxer” Moran, then still a councillor, was a co-signatory.Image
