A tale of two Presidents:

Two people brought marijuans into Russia. One claimed they made a mistake and then, later came up with a medical excuse and doctor's note.
1)

The other, was prescribed medical marijuana in the United States to treat chronic back pain and had a history of spinal illness and had undergone multiple surgeries. Further, the medical marijuana was legally dispensed.

Viktor Bout, a Russian convicted arms dealer, was traded for Brittney Griner in a prisoner swap. Bout, nicknamed "The Merchant of Death," was released from a U.S. prison to secure Griner's release from a Russian prison....

where she had been detained since February 2022 on drug smuggling charges.

Brittney Griner was held in a Russian prison for 293 days before her release on December 8, 2022.

She complained about her imprisonment, the prison conditions, and her experiences. She talked about her struggles with depression, her feelings of being treated like a zoo animal, and the difficulties she faced in prison, including the food and living conditions.

However, there is no mention of inoculations or any medical treatments she received while in prison.
