Price only does 2 things:

1. Seek Liquidity
2. Offer Fair Value

Understanding this will give you a simple and accurate view of market direction.

𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀…👀

Let’s focus on LTF entries. Specifically, Impulse shifts.

We want to use timeframe alignment given in the IRL → ERL video (link at the end of the thread)

Timeframe alignment allows us to trade with the HTF direction giving us a higher-probability intraday trades.

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀?🤔

We want to see a shift in orderflow done by an impulse shift towards the context target.

This looks like a fair value gap going into the HTF context and a fair value gap going out of it.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗴🦵

As stated in the orderflow thread, a high probability price leg contains a fair value gap in the middle.

If that fair value gap fails, then it’s most likely that price is going to seek the liquidity that formed the fair value gap.

𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿⛓️

Remember: High-probability FVGs comes from respected FVGs.

The lower the timeframe, the more confirmation you want to see.

So in my approach, when I use Orderflow Chain Entry, I just wait for another fair value gap to form as my entry.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲🕗

I use 8 AM-12 PM EST as my killzone as it covers both 8:30 and 9:30 open, both of which are highly volatile.

It is also ideal that there’s a high impact news on the day.

In Bullish Orderflow, Discount arrays are respected and Premium arrays are disrespected.

A high-probability price leg consists of a swing high, a fair value gap, and a swing low.

The FVG makes a price legs HIGH probability. It shows the INTENTION

Remember: A lack of a fair value gap in a price leg will result in a low-probability price leg.

(Meaning its unlikely to hold)

This is why I always demand a FVG.

Not all IRL→ERL setups are created equal.

You should be able to know the difference between low probability context and high probability context (IRL→ERL)

This is where most traders fail, they think ever FVG is something to trade out of.

Ask yourself this: Where did price come from?

Did this FVG form in consolidation? If yes, AVOID

Condition #1: Lack of Fair Value Gaps❌

Fair Value Gaps show the market’s intention to go higher or lower.

It is a crucial part of determining the bias and the narrative and without it, it is likely to be a low-probability market condition.

REMEMBER: No FVG→No Orderflow→No direction.💎

Currency futures are simply the futures chart of specific currencies.

Their ticker symbol follow a simple format. An example of this is the Euro FX Futures Continuous Chart: 6E1!

Where the first letter of the asset is in between the 6 and 1!.

Here’s how we can use CURRENCY FUTURES to identify which pairs are likely to move💪

The rule of thumb here is to pair strong pairs with weak or consolidating pairs since this will lead us to pairs that has higher chances of being one-sided.

The key to understanding Breakaway Gaps (BAGs) are first knowing what are Fair value gaps (FVGs).

FVGs are 3 candle patterns where the wick of the first and third candle dont overlap.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗽 (𝗕𝗔𝗚)

A BAG is a type of fair value gap that we expect to remain open.

It is formed when the third candle of the FVG expands and closes above the second candle leaving the gap unfilled.

It is a sign that price is reaching for something, and is in a HURRY to get there

A fair value gap is simply the gap between 3 candles.

It signals DISPLACEMENT (an aggressive movement in price)

Displacement = Fair Value Gaps.

These displacements show us the INTENTION of price giving us the next likely direction it will trade in.

FVGs can be found on ay timeframes.

Combine it with ORDERFLOW and a proper understanding of timeframes and you will 10x your winrate.

There are two classification of Fair Value Gaps✌️

🟢A BISI or Buyside Imbalance, Sellside Inefficiency.
🔴A SIBI or Sellside Imbalance, Buyside Inefficiency.

Both shows one-sided delivery signaling price’s intention to move higher or lower.
