Protein powders are overrated if you don't understand Essential Amino Acids.

Here's what actually matters for muscle growth and performance. 🏆🧵 Image
Image
Your body doesn’t actually use protein. It uses the building blocks of protein- amino acids.

Your body combines amino acids to form bone, muscles, hormones & neurotransmitters.

Your body can produce most of the amino acids it needs.

But there’s a twist…
There are 9 amino acids your body CANNOT produce.

You need to consume these 9 in order to function.

That's why they're called "Essential Amino Acids" or EAAs.

With these 9, your body can make all the rest.

Cool huh? Image
Protein has two major problems.

They require a highly acidic stomach to break them down and healthy intestines to absorb them.

Poor digestion leads to protein deficiency.

EAAs solve this problem.

EAAs are already broken down & absorbed within minutes.
Next, you need to know the dirty truth about protein, especially protein powders, which are garbage.

Why? Besides being highly processed & unnatural

Protein powders have the wrong ratio of amino acids.

In fact, whey and soy protein are less than 20% utilized! Image
Inside the body, most proteins convert more into sugar than muscle.

This is because their balance of amino acids WAY off.

A properly balanced EAA supplement solves this second problem as well.

Providing all 9 essential amino acids in the correct ratio.
I spent months researching EAAs.

Most EAA drink powders are loaded with artificial sweeteners & flavors.

And “all-natural” EAA drink powders taste like ass.

I solved this by creating ULTIMATE EAA tablets.

No fillers, binders, or other crap - just EAAs amazon.com/dp/B0CKTQH4XQ?…
And if you’ve tried protein powders or BCAAs, you might think you’re covered.

But the truth is, these options are incomplete.

EAAs are far superior because they:

• Enter the bloodstream rapidly. No digestion is needed.
• Give you the complete profile of 9 amino acids
Another cool thing about EAAs is they have an extremely low caloric impact.

This makes them great for maintaining muscle—even on extreme diets.

But the main users of EAAs are athletes, gym junkies, and weekend warriors.

Those looking to support healthy energy and recovery.
It took me years to research and understand amino acids. I wish I knew sooner.

So, I'm giving away a completely FREE guide to amino acids here to all of my followers.

Dave Pascoe is 62.

Yet has the DNA of a 38-year-old.

He’s aging slower than extreme biohacker Bryan Johnson.

Yet, he spends 98.5% less money doing so.

Here's a breakdown of his simple & effective ways to extend your life. 👇 Image
1/Exercise Routine:

Pascoe incorporates daily exercise to aid in eliminating cellular waste and enhancing glucose and insulin regulation.

His routine begins with a BEMER mat session (bio-electric magnetic energy regulation) to boost blood circulation.
After that, Pascoe completes the following set:

• 5 min mini-trampoline cardio
• 15 min floor stretches for the back, hips, legs, and shoulders
• 5 min inversion table stretch
• 15 min foam roller for deep massage Image

If you think processed foods are bad, wait until you see what LED light is doing to you.

LED bulbs flood your cells with toxic blue light; making you tired, fat, wrecking your sleep, and aging you faster.

The science is disturbing (and the solution is simple): 🧵 Image
Modern LED bulbs save energy but flood us with unnatural blue light with zero UV, red, or infrared.

Everything in nature thrives in sunlight, including humans.

LED gives you light malnutrition.
Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse discovered that blue light "poisons" your mitochondria by disrupting the enzyme that makes energy.

It's like putting the wrong fuel in your engine.

Meet the 55-year-old man who looks decades younger.

Harvard Genetics Professor, David Sinclair.

The world’s leading anti-aging authority.

Here are his controversial secrets to look younger & extend your life:

1/ Exercise until you’re out of breath Image
Feeling flabby, tired, wrinkly, or saggy? Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Aging is accelerated by these main factors:

• Toxic overload & nutrient deficiencies
• Hormonal disruption
• Gut inflammation
• Poor sleep & recovery
• Lack of exercise
Sinclair argues that moderate, steady-state exercise leaves your body lazy.

So, he insists on pushing yourself to the edge of exhaustion 3 times a week.

Hitting that out-of-breath zone can:

• Build stamina
• Boost circulation
• Release chemicals that combat aging

She’s reinventing the science of aging.

Meet Julie Clark: the 56-year-old whose biological age clocks in at 36.

She’s outpacing Bryan Johnson, the $2M-a-year biohacker, on a mere $4/day.

Here's her simple anti-aging routine for peak health and lasting longevity: 🧵 Image
Most people think an anti-aging routine requires high-tech gadgets and fancy supplements.

But Julie proved otherwise.

Her routine costs less than a Starbucks latte while she ranks #2 on the global longevity leaderboard.

Here’s how:
Julie’s philosophy? Consistency > Perfection

She skips the trackers and eats the occasional donut.

As she put it, “Perfection adds stress. We’re all human, and life happens. Just get right back up and continue.”

Let’s break down her daily routine:

They called it horse dewormer.

But Ivermectin won a Nobel Prize.

Now researchers are exploring it as a cancer treatment, a parasite detox, and even an antiviral.

Here's why it works (and how to use it safely): 🧵 Image
The mockery was relentless during COVID.

"Horse paste" they sneered.

But Ivermectin was developed FOR humans and won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine for virtually eliminating river blindness and other diseases.

4 billion human doses later, it's still saving lives. Image
Ivermectin works through two distinct mechanisms:

In parasites: binds to key metabolic channels, causing paralysis and death.

In viruses/cancer: blocks specific proteins that transport viral/cancer proteins into cell nuclei.

Dual action = broad spectrum power. Image

Depression isn't a chemical imbalance.

It's a metabolic disorder.

A 2022 review found NO evidence that low serotonin causes depression.

The root cause is your brain's energy crisis.

Here's the real science behind depression (and how to fix it): 🧵 Image
First, understand that the entire antidepressant drug industry was built on a lie.

Harvard psychiatrist, Dr. Chris Palmer discovered the truth:

A comprehensive 2022 review in Molecular Psychiatry found NO convincing evidence that depression is caused by low serotonin. Image
Think about this:

Antidepressant meds boost serotonin within 24 hours, yet patients don't feel better for weeks (if at all).

If depression were really just low serotonin, wouldn't fixing that chemical immediately cure depression?

Here's what's actually going on:
