Under federal law companies that engage in a pattern of hiring illegal immigrants can be criminally charged. So why has there been no enforcement against businesses like Cargill? Because this entire thing is a farce. There will be no “mass deportations”
If you want to “end illegal immigration” it is literally as simple as bringing enforcement against the business rather than the labor side of the equation. Do you think Perdue board members are willing to face prison? Neither party does this because we live in a corporate duopoly
Brutalizing immigrants is easy enough. The major corporations that rely on slave labor are too powerful and won’t be touched so we just do this fake immigration debate every 4 years forever. Enjoy your fell for it award if you thought Trump was ever going to do mass deportations

Finally finished this. I haven’t seen a convincing refutation of its thesis. It seems clear since the end of the Cold War Israel no longer acts as the USA’s “attack dog” or a traditional client state but rather has a lobby powerful enough to shape U.S. policy to its own ends
Mearsheimer and Walt list numerous examples. In 2006 Israel’s invasion of Lebanon undermined a U.S. friendly color revolution government that had just been installed. They turned the Lebanese population from having a positive view to being virulently against the U.S
Israel’s lobby scuttled an oil deal and reproachmont between Iran and the U.S. in the 1990s. They prevented normalization with Syria and undermined US efforts to keep Syria and Iran divided. AIPAC whipped congressional votes for the Iraq war, Israeli intel helped cook up WMDs etc
List of some of the suspicious deaths in the JFK assassination, starting with the most obvious one
Bill Hunter was a reporter for the Long Beach Independent Press Telegram. With permission from Jack Ruby’s lawyer he searched Ruby’s apartment. In April 1964 he was shot dead by a policeman in the pressroom of a Long Beach police station who claimed his gun misfired.
Jim Koethe was a reporter for Dallas Times Herald who searched Ruby’s apartment along with Hunter. He decided to write a book about the JFK assassination. In September 1964 a man broke into his apartment and killed him.
