True - but here's the thing: The Officers Oath in the US military contains NO obligation to obey - anyone. It contains ONLY an obligation to the Constitution against all enemies foreign AND domestic. Further it comes with the DUTY to disobey any illegal order. The Officer 👇
Corps are a check-and-balance against rogue Executives. The Founders were all about checks-and-balances. The Enlisted Oath *does* come with an obligation to "obey" but they are still also obliged to disobey illegal orders. The Oaths themselves are substantially the 👇
same from George Washington's time, which is from when they come down to us.

And - the obligations to disobey illegal orders comes to us from Nuremburg and from Eisenhower.

"Just following orders" does not fly.

Talked to Novavax Europe - asked why it's been approved in the UK but it's not in the UK - or Ireland or any other country in the EU but Germany.

Novavax tried to say "at this time we do not have any other information we can give" I told them that was not a real answer and
I insisted that my question be escalated. I want to know the name of the decision maker and their title . I insisted on a real truthful forthright answer. *WHO* is preventing people from accessing Novavax ?
I also called Novavax world HQ in the US and did the same.
