When your protein drops, so do cognition, strength due to muscle loss, and overall vitality.

A few years ago a Kalapuya person told me that they controlled-burned off their portion of the Willamette Valley in August, for 2 reasons:

1. to get roasted grasshoppers for protein 👇 because the Chinook People controlled the salmon access at the Falls of the Willamette River - they didn't let salmon go further upstream so you had to go to them to trade.

2. to clean out the underbrush and leave only the very large oak trees which the deer then congregated

I'd believe this - they live lives of chronic stress. And that causes high cortisol and that suppresses all your hormones.

If we're gonna use people this way - then we need to provide them with somatic therapy to wash the stress and trauma out of their nervous systems so the cortisol can drop.

We also need to stop giving pilots meth to fly long missions on and then Ambien to let them sleep.

update from FB friend who's gone blind in one eye:

His doc says it's NAION - Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy also often called *and eye stroke* !!!!

It's allegedly rare condition caused by a lack of blood flow to the optic nerve, which connects the eye to the brain. The exact cause is not fully understood. Theories are that it's caused by hypoperfusion of the short posterior ciliary arteries.

#SARS2COVID In my FB feed - a friend - who never wore a mask and goes to parties and raves and etc - Woke up Saturday partially blind in one eye. He thought it was a migraine but it lasted through Sunday

Monday he decided it was a bigger problem - began to suspect 👇 his latest onset since his last COVID infection diabetes had a hand to play in this new blindness.

Eye doc ruled out diabetes as a suspect, and found swelling in the right optical nerve.

He was rushed to the hospital for imaging.
MRIs showed no tumor, hemorhhage, or blood 👇
