The most misunderstood drug in the world:

Weed.

It can either ruin your life or make it better.

Here's what it does to you (backed by science): Image
Weed consumption is on the rise.

It has increased about 4x in the last 10 years. Image
Ignore people who tell you weed is 100% good or bad.

Just like everything, it has benefits and downsides.

Here are the most important ones: Image
CBD ≠ THC.

CBD doesn't make you high.

THC can definitely get you high.

Here are the differences simplified:
The effects usually last a few hours.

But THC stays in your body for a long time. Image
Age matters when it comes to cannabis use.

The younger you are, the higher the chance that it'll negatively impact your mental health.
The effect weed has on you depends on:

• Your age
• Your genetics
• Your family history

The percentage of THC relative to CBD is also important.
People with ADHD (ab)use weed more often.

This is likely because of dopamine:
Cannabis narrows attention and focus.

So it can improve your attention and focus.

But the downsides is that it negatively affects your memory.
This explains why it's popular in the jiujutsu world.

It helps you to focus completely and it makes you more creative.
The downside of weed is how it affects your memory.

Especially your short-term memory.

This is because it reduces activity in the hippocampus.
Weed doesn't make you lazy.

If you're lazy, it won't make you disciplined.

If you're disciplined, it won't make you lazy.
Smoking more than twice a week changes how you speak.

This is because impacts the basal ganglia.

This is the brain center that's involved with movement.
You can heal your brain by quitting weed.

• Sleep
• Exercise
• Eat healthy

You can recover your brain in a few months.
I smoked weed for 3 years and quit 4 years ago.

If you smoke or quit weed, what was your experience?

Naval and Andrew Huberman changed my life.

I watched hundreds of their videos in the last years.

Here are the 20 best lessons I learned that will change your life: Image
Not having wanting something is as good as having it.

You don't get happy by getting a lot of things.

You get happy by having few desires.
Walking is extremely underrated.

• Improved mood
• Improved sleep quality
• Improved cognitive performance

Start taking daily walks. Image

This is David Deutsch.

Naval calls him the smartest person alive.

Here are the 10 best lessons I learned from them: Image
David Deutsch is an Oxford physicist and author.

He wrote the beginning of infinity and other books.

So let's talk about why Naval calls him the smartest human alive:
Wealth is the set of physical transformations you can affect.

Money is just a tool.

The more useful things you can improve, the wealthier you are.

This is Walter Isaacson.

He followed Elon Musk for a year to write his book.

What he saw shocked him...

Here's how Elon runs 4+ world-class companies: Image
Elon always focuses on first principles.

These are the most fundamental truths.

It helps to get clear on what actually matters.
Ask the right questions.

Einstein once said:

"If I had 1h to solve a problem, I would spend 55min on what question to ask so I could solve the problem in 5min."

Asking the right questions matters most.

The worst and most common problem in the world:

Unhappiness.

It's why you're depressed and can't enjoy your life.

Here's Naval's philosophy on becoming happy and wealthy: Image
Happiness is a skill you can develop.

Some people are born with better happiness genetics.

But everyone can train themselves to become happier.
Limit your desires.

Especially your external desires.

“Desire is a contract that you make with yourself to be unhappy until you get what you want.”

The world's biggest health scam:

Sugar.

It's making you tired, fat, and depressed.

Here's what it actually does to you (backed by science): Image
Obesity rates are on the rise.

Sugar consumption has also massively increased.

Here's why that's a problem: Image
Sugar has a ton of downsides.

• Worse health
• Worse physique
• Worse mental health

Here are the dangers: Image
