You've been lied to.

ADHD is not a disorder.

It's a superpower.

Here’s how to turn ADHD into hyper-focus (backed by science): Image
Approximately 366.3 million adults worldwide live with ADHD.

But most people think ADHD means:

• being lazy
• bad at school
• not paying attention

That's wrong.

So what exactly is ADHD?
ADHD is a unique brain wiring that influences how people focus, process information, and manage energy.

The key symptoms are:

• inattention
• impulsivity
• hyperactivity

It’s not about being lazy—it's a neurological challenge to perceive and plan for the future.
This brain map says it all:

The red area shows an underactive frontal lobe in a child with ADHD.

That’s the part responsible for:

• Focus
• Planning
• Impulse control

ADHD isn't a behavioral problem.

The brain is wired different—but that's only half of the story… Image
That same “underactivity” is also what makes ADHD brains:

• More intuitive
• Better at spotting patterns
• Highly creative when engaged

No wonder so many top creators, entrepreneurs, and artists have ADHD. Image
Think of it this way:

ADHD is like being better or worse at writing.

Taller or shorter in height.

It's not "good" or "bad"—just different.

These are quantitative differences, not qualitative (like a personality disorder)

But here's what most people don't realize…
Dopamine is your motivation & reward chemical.

People with ADHD have lower baseline dopamine, so:

• You crave novelty
• Boring tasks feel unbearable
• You switch between tasks often

It may feel like a failure but it's called neurobiology. Image
I used to think something was wrong with me.

• I couldn’t sit still
• Noise made me shut down
• I’d start 6 projects and finish none

But once I understood ADHD doesn't mean I'm broken—it all clicked.

Here’s how to turn ADHD into your superpower:
1) Follow your curiosities

If you have ADHD you have the ability to hyper-focus.

For that to happen you need to do more of what interests you.

Your brain was never broken—it was just bored.
2) Cut excessive social media scrolling

Adult ADHD increased due to smartphone use and modern life's demands.

Try this:

• turn off notifications
• declutter your home screen
• keep your phone in a different room

Reclaim your time and attention.
3) Somatic therapy

ADHD is not just in your head—it's in your body:

• restlessness
• emotional dysregulation
• heightened physical sensations

Somatic therapy is the best way to process and heal from past traumas that may be exacerbating ADHD symptoms.
ADHD isn’t a deficit.

It’s a different operating system.

Yes, it needs tools. Yes, it needs structure.

But with awareness, it can become your superpower.

Learn how to drive it—and your “weakness” becomes the engine of your genius.
I’ve coached hundreds of women.

Here’s something many don’t realize:

• There's a chance you haven't been diagnosed with ADHD because you're a high function individual

• Lots of women are misdiagnosed ADHD because most of the ADHD research is male focused

The system has failed you.
I'm genuinely curious…

What’s your experience with ADHD?

Which tools have helped you most?

Addiction ruins lives—but it's not just drugs and alcohol.

No one talks about this harmful silent killer:

People-pleasing.

It’s a trauma response disguised as personality.

Here’s how it rewires your brain—and how to stop it: 🧵 Image
For most people, hypervigilance began in childhood—usually before age 10.

You became “the good one” because chaos required someone stable.

But here's what it cost you ↓
This adaptation rewires your brain to prioritize others’ emotions over your survival.

The “good child” archetype isn’t a personality—it’s a survival role you couldn’t escape.

You didn’t choose it.

This skill saved you then, but is destroying you now. Image

The most common and overlooked problem in the world:

Childhood trauma.

It's the reason why you're depressed, anxious, and have panic attacks.

Here's how to reparent yourself (and meet your own emotional needs): 🧵 Image
75% of American children experience emotional neglect.

No physical bruises.

But unmet emotional needs—ignored, unseen, and dismissed.

The result is a lifetime of disconnection.
Most therapists won't tell you this uncomfortable truth:

If you were raised by an emotionally immature parent figure, your needs were often dismissed.

Your exhaustion isn't always from work.

It's your inner child trying to earn love through self-sacrifice.

I’m 37.

In my 20's, I looked like I had it all together—but I was a high performer suppressing my own trauma.

Then I discovered Dr. Peter Levine's research on somatic therapy.

Here’s everything you need to know about it:🧵 Image
Image
Somatic therapy was created by Dr. Peter Levine in the 1970s.

He noticed wild animals shake off stress after life-threatening events, preventing trauma from lingering.

His decades of research led to a huge breakthrough.

Here's what happened ↓
In one case, Dr. Levine guided a client with severe trauma to focus on her body instead of talking about the past.

She experienced an immediate release of energy and emotional relief.

This discovery became the foundation of somatic therapy.

I've been a life coach for 8 years.

Most of my clients think their biggest problem is lack of energy.

But there is a hidden crisis that's slowly killing you:

Chronic inflammation.

Here's how to destroy inflammation and reclaim your health (bookmark this): Image
Image
So what is inflammation?

It’s your body’s natural defense against injury, infection, and toxins.

Your immune system releases white blood cells, cytokines, and proteins to fight threats.

This helps in the short term.

But when inflammation lasts for years, it wrecks your health.
There are two types of inflammation:

1) Acute inflammation — Happens immediately after an injury or infection.

2) Chronic inflammation — Lasts for months or years due to unresolved acute inflammation or toxins. Image
