DrBR #Ambedkar had several concerns regarding Indian Muslims, particularly in the context of national unity and social reform.
He wondered if Muslims would obey a government controlled by Hindus, given the historical tensions and differences between them
Ambedkar noted that Indian #Muslim society was stagnant and didn't have an organized movement for social reform, unlike the Hindu society. He highlighted issues like the subjugation of women, caste systems, and the practice of purdah.
Ambedkar was concerned about the apparent extra-territorial loyalties of Indian Muslims, who often identified themselves as part of a universal Islamic brotherhood. This, he felt, could lead to divided loyalties in the event of a conflict.

Ambedkar believed that the communal tensions between #Hindus and Muslims were deep-seated and unlikely to be resolved. He cited frequent riots and the inability of the two communities to coexist peacefully.
Ambedkar observed that some Indian #Muslims harbored supremacist attitudes towards #Hindus, which could lead to difficulties in integrating the two communities into a single nation.
#Congress, #TMC, #DMK, &:I.N.D.I.Parties. try to incite #muslims, pander to their creed, divide #Hindus, appease this minority muslims for votes - instead of really working to bring the majority Hindus & minority muslims together for Nation building. indiafacts.org/ambedkars-thou…

Why can't the #SupremeCourt of India deal with the West Bengal state government's actions of failing to control the #muslim mob violence against Hindus, in the name of #WaqfAmendmentBill protests, under Article 131 of the Constitution, which grants it original jurisdiction
in disputes between the Government of India and one or more states or between two or more states?
The Supreme Court can summon the #WestBengal state government to explain its actions and provide justification for its stance on the Waqf Law protests.
The court can examine the constitutional provisions related to the state's actions and determine if they are in line with the Constitution.
Based on its findings, the court can direct the state government to take specific actions or modify its policies or direct the Centre for
A few influential lawyers, who are super rich, socially well connected with politicos in power/parties, bureaucrats, business tycoons, can easily sway judges &judgments. Why shouldn't the present #Collegium of the #supremecourtofindia consider the following measures?
A thread
Ensure the Collegium system, which recommends appointments and transfers of #judges, functions transparently and independently. This system has evolved through #SupremeCourt judgments, emphasizing #Judicial independence.
Implement a more transparent process for appointing judges, potentially involving public scrutiny of candidates' backgrounds and qualifications.
Establish robust mechanisms for holding judges accountable for their actions, ensuring impartiality and integrity in the judiciary.
Why are the #CJI and #SupremeCourtOfIndia not getting inspired by other vibrant democratic nations like UK, US, France, Germany etc in the appointment of judges and arrogate to itself this power of appointment through its past practices & judgements?
Thread
United Kingdom: The UK has a Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) consisting of 15 members that shortlist judges. This commission works autonomously, and a separate body, the Judicial Appointments Conduct and Ombudsman, handles complaints related to appointments.
United States: In the US, the President nominates judges, and the Senate approves them after a confirmation hearing. The American Bar Association's standing committee assesses the qualifications of judicial nominees
The #CJI of #SupremeCourt can also draw inspiration to streamline the following lacuna in its collegium system.
Establish a well-defined system for appointing judges, considering factors like seniority, academic qualifications, experience, and disposal of cases.
Revive the NJAC concept, ensuring it addresses concerns about judicial independence and accountability. A balanced composition of the commission, including judicial and non-judicial members, could provide a fair and transparent selection process.
Make the appointment process more transparent by publishing the criteria for selection, the names of candidates considered, and the reasons for their selection or rejection.
Establish an oversight mechanism to review the Collegium's decisions and ensure accountability.
Now that the dust of the #DelhiElection2025 result celebrations has started to settle a little, it is time for us #BJP supporters to again thank #RSS profusely for their invaluable role in this victory.
RSS conducted around 60,000 meetings on 70 seats - from parks to temples to
temples to impromptu Chai pe charchas. That's almost 850 meetings per seat.
A total of 50,000 RSS cadre were involved in this exercise. 30 Dalit seats were identified and around 18,000 #Dalit #Swayamsevaks worked day and night on 1,900 booths over these 30 seats. Door to door
campaign was conducted in every residence in these Dalit seats.
After #Haryana and $Maharashtra, this is the third consecutive BJP victory in which RSS contributed majorly.
RSS is not only the backbone of BJP, but the life-blood of the entire nation.
It is a sheer shame that our modern political Asuras, who worship only Wealth, Women, Mansions & Mammon, continue to peddle the theory of Aryans enforcing #Varnashrama on native tribes, in collusion with pseudo Liberal retards, pseudo historians & foreign powers that are keen to
tear apart the very fabric of Bharat & divide the majority Hindus on caste lines.
I have culled here, from the works of #SwamiVivekananda, some of his insights into the civilisational & caste war clashes in Bharat.
The means to the Western Civilization is the sword, courage & strength. Its aim is 'Enjoyment here & hereafter "
The #Hindu Civilization is all about Peace, Contentment & Happy family life. With ample leisure at their disposal, they were thoughtful and civilised. The rulers
