Your brain is fried.

You forget 90% of what you study because you don’t understand memory.

I found Andrew Huberman’s 3-step protocol to rewire your brain and absorb everything you read.

Here’s how to use it: 🧵 Image
Image
The story starts with neuroplasticity.

Your brain’s ability to change and adapt isn’t an event, it’s a process.

Huberman says learning happens in two key steps:

1. Active Focus
2. Deep Rest

Here’s how they work together… Image
Phase 1: Active Focus

Learning triggers dopamine and acetylcholine, marking brain areas tied to the skill.

Example: Learning French flags areas for speech and comprehension.

But here’s the catch: The brain rewires later, not while studying. Image
Phase 2: Deep Rest

Neuroplasticity happens during deep rest..

(Like sleep or a short nap)

During sleep, your brain replays learning 10–20x faster, speeding up memory consolidation.

But Huberman found something even more powerful…
You don’t have to wait for nighttime to rewire your brain.

Huberman found that a 20-minute nap or NSDR within 4 hours of learning speeds up brain rewiring.

You’ll learn faster, remember more, and improve quicker.
1. Work in 90-Minute Cycles

Your brain works best in focused 90-minute ultradian cycles.

Commit to deep work, minimizing distractions like phones and multitasking.
2. Add Micro Gaps

Take 10-second breaks every few minutes during focus sessions.

Studies show these gaps create faster neural replay, boosting retention.
3. Practice NSDR After Learning

Use a guided NSDR session (apps like Reveri) or simply sit quietly for 20 minutes.

This enhances memory consolidation and skill acquisition. Image

Anxiety isn’t just in your head.

It’s stored in your nervous system.

Here are 9 body-based ways to release it (without medication) 🧵

1. Cold water on your face. Image
1. Cold water on your face activates the vagus nerve.

It triggers the mammalian diving reflex → increases parasympathetic (vagal) activity and slows your heart rate, which helps interrupt panic attacks.

Cold water also signals GABAergic release, giving you a quick, refreshing, invigorating feeling. It's a sure-fire way to interrupt negative thought loops.
2. Slow exhales stop the fight-or-flight response-- in seconds.

Long exhales increase respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) and vagal calming. Your entire body relaxes, and visual clarity is restored.

This often increases HRV and shifts autonomic balance away from the fight-or-flight response.

The s3x life of ancient Egyptians.

A Thread! Image
1. The ancient Egyptians didn’t care if a woman was a virgin or not.

To be precise, they didn’t even have a word for a virgin. Premarital sex was acceptable as long as it was practiced between two unmarried people.
Once married, the couple had to remain faithful to each other. The Egyptian society didn’t tolerate adultery.

Adulterous behavior resulted in a divorce. However, the punishment could be also whipping, mutilation, or even death. Image

10 erogenous zones of the female body that you should know:

Thread!! Image
1. Ears → Sensitive and often overlooked areas on the female body.

Women's ears are filled with many nerves and sensory receptors inside and outside.

Any movement such as gentle stroking, light licking, nibbling or touching is sure to give a pleasant and tickling sensation.
2. Inner thighs → The inner thighs are another sensitive area on the female body due to their proximity to the genitals.

Gentle caresses and touches can stimulate your erogenous zones.

1 in 4 men experience ED (Erectile dysfunction) before 30.

The first symptom is cold hand and feet...

And it has nothing to do with age or testosterone levels.

Here’s everything you need to know about erectile dysfunction (before it’s too late):🧵
Most men think ED is about testosterone.

It’s not.

90% of ED cases are vascular, which means your blood flow is compromised.

If you’re struggling with erections, your arteries are already in trouble.

ED is often the first sign of heart disease.
Erections require just one thing:

Blood.

When you’re aroused, nitric oxide is released, relaxing blood vessels and sending blood to the penis.

If your nitric oxide levels are low, that means no blood flow.

Of course, there’s no erection. Image
