Elon Musk and his DOGE team had uncovered one of the most outrageous COVID-era scams inside the Department of Education. There was a $4 billion fund sitting there—and no one had to provide a receipt to use it.

As one DOGE staffer explained, “There was a four billion-dollar COVID fund in the Department of Education. There was no receipt required so people could just draw down on it.”

Naturally, the money went everywhere it shouldn’t have.

“When people looked into it—they found that money was being used to rent out Caesars Palace for parties, rent out stadiums, et cetera.”

To stop the abuse, DOGE made one change.

“The one change that DOGE made with the Department of Education, is we had the simple requirement that if you draw down money you must first upload a receipt.”

That’s it. Upload a receipt.

“That was the only change made—you must upload your receipt—and upon doing so nobody drew down money anymore.”

The grift dried up overnight.

Victor Davis Hanson didn’t waste any time.

He opened with a bombshell—and then spent the rest of the segment showing his work.

He said the polls weren’t just off about Trump. They were being used to manipulate the public.

For weeks, headlines have screamed that Trump is trailing by four or five points. But Hanson wasn’t buying it. He pointed to polling from Rasmussen and even Democrat Mark Penn that showed the race was actually neck and neck.

Then he zeroed in on a New York Times poll. The headline claimed Trump was way behind, but only 37% of respondents had voted for him in 2024.

That, Hanson said, made no sense.

“Don’t you think it should have been—I don’t know—51, 49%?” he asked.

It wasn’t an isolated problem. The Washington Post polled over 2,000 people—but only 840 were Trump voters. That’s not even close to a representative sample.

Hanson laid out the pattern.

“In 2016, the polls were completely wrong. In 2020, they overestimated Biden’s strength by 4 or 5 points. And even in 2024, NPR had Kamala Harris winning by four points.”

He brought up one of the worst misses in recent memory: “The Des Moines Register had Iowa lost to Trump by three points. He won it by 12.”

So what’s going on?

Hanson didn’t chalk it up to bad methodology. He called it strategy.

“The pollsters are trying to create momentum, fundraising, and jazz up opposition,” he said.

These polls weren’t designed to measure public opinion—they were designed to shape it.

The Wall Street Journal just published a shocking article titled “Meta’s Digital Companions Will Talk S*x with Users—Even Children.” We’re going to break down what it revealed.

In short, Meta’s AI chatbots, including ones using celebrity voices like John Cena and Disney’s Frozen characters, were caught talking to minors in explicit, adult-themed roleplay. The safety systems meant to prevent this were easy to bypass, and employees who warned about the danger were ignored.

Even worse, Meta’s leadership put user engagement ahead of child safety. They let users create bots with suggestive names that pushed conversations in creepy, predatory directions. The safeguards failed, and the bots even admitted they knew it was wrong.

It’s disturbing, but this is only one part of a much bigger problem. AI is moving fast, and we’re losing more of our humanity in the process.
