My friend Kathy's indoor/outdoor cat didn't come home yesterday, and it didn't take us long to figure out that an Amazon driver stole him. Here she is, giving him food and trying to get him in her car. Neighbors say she eventually got him and drove away.

We contacted Amazon but they would not help, so we went to the police. They are actively working to find Murphy, who my friend Kathy has had for 18 years.

KAREN READ TRIAL THREAD

It's 10 AM and I've secured an alternate press pass for the Karen Read hearing. I will be staying here until 11 AM and then going back over to Dedham to cover the Kearney hearing.

AIDAN KEARNEY TRIAL COVERAGE

You can follow all coverage of this trial here.

Attorney Bradl is here and he is speaking with two different police officers who are witness in this case.
If you're attending, the trial will be starting in Courtroom 1 the courtroom where we have had most other hearings in this case and then, I am told, we may be moving to another courtroom.
The lobby is full of Kearney and Karen Read supporters as I walked into the courtroom.

I saw Kearney heading in earlier. No sign of Lindsey Gaetani yet.

Good morning from Norfolk Superior Court. I saw these ladies on my way inside. The buffer zone is different these days.

I will be in the courtroom today until lunch and then leaving for my son's high school graduation.

Cannone said the jurors are here but that Attorney Yannetti has asked for a sidebar to start.
I can not share what I am hearing in the sidebar but Yannetti is not happy with what Cannone is saying.

She is being dismissive of him at this moment. He is pushing back.
