My friend Kathy's indoor/outdoor cat didn't come home yesterday, and it didn't take us long to figure out that an Amazon driver stole him. Here she is, giving him food and trying to get him in her car. Neighbors say she eventually got him and drove away.

We contacted Amazon but they would not help, so we went to the police. They are actively working to find Murphy, who my friend Kathy has had for 18 years.

Attorney Bradl is here and he is speaking with two different police officers who are witness in this case. If you're attending, the trial will be starting in Courtroom 1 the courtroom where we have had most other hearings in this case and then, I am told, we may be moving to another courtroom.

Good morning from Norfolk District Court for Day 26 in the #KarenRead trial.

Traffic was brutal this morning, per usual.

I'm in the courtroom today and ready to share my observations with you for a perspective you can't see on TV.

Thank you for following. Attorney Allessi just came into the almost empty courtroom and turned to the press box and very happily said "Good Morning everybody!"

He joked that he was going to ask to see the Judge first thing and make a motion that we move today's hearing outside to enjoy the weather.

BREAKING: Another Massachusetts illegal migrant charged with raping his daughter.

Lorenzo Lopez Alcario charged with rape of a child with force, aggravated, victim tied, bound, or gagged.

Sources tell me Alcario blindfolded his 8 year old daughter and raped her. Alcario allegedly recorded the rape and the mother of the child found the video and turned him in.

Alcario is set to be arraigned in Marlborough district court as we speak.Image

There was a very large local standout yesterday for Karen Read. How does a juror, who is expected to avoid all things Karen Read, avoid this while out and about in Norfolk County? Impossible.

I am on the reserve list again today, and I will know at 11 AM if I will have courtroom access again. Good morning. I am here at Norfolk Superior Court for a hearing regarding @DoctorTurtleboy and potential new charges of witness intimidation related to the #KarenRead case. You can follow me on this thread for updates. Court is scheduled for noon. @DoctorTurtleboy , Bradl and @Bederowlaw have arrived. It looks as if there are other cases being heard in the courtroom and we are not allowed inside. For those who are wondering, we are in a different courtroom today. Yesterday morning, Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan confirmed that City Administrator Seth-Thomas Aitken was under an internal investigation. By the end of the day, Aitken had resigned. Today, I have uncovered the reason behind the investigation. A thread. Last week, two members of the Fall River City Council, Linda Pereira and Michelle Dion, contacted Coogan and told him they individually received information about Aitken and a private business he was associated with. Coogan met with Pereira and Dion last Saturday and city hall.
