This simple ear pull can reset your nervous system, drain stuck lymph, and unlock hidden trauma stored in your face, jaw, and neck.
Most people have no idea their ears are connected to their entire fascia network.
Here’s how to do it (and why it works):
Why your ears hold tension
Your ears aren’t just for hearing.
They’re deeply connected to:
— your vagus nerve
— the temporal bone
— and the fascia lines that pull on your jaw, throat, and even hips.
Tugging the ears the right way can decompress your skull.
Signs you need it:
•Tight jaw or teeth grinding
•Brain fog
•Dull hearing or ringing in ears (tinnitus)
•Chronic neck pain
•Head pressure
•Trouble speaking your truth
•Nervous system stuck in “on” mode
Here’s the maneuver:
1.Grab both ears with your fingertips.
2.Inhale through your nose.
you exhale through your mouth, gently pull the ears out and back.
4.Hold the stretch while breathing for 6 deep breaths.
5.Let go slowly. Swallow. Observe. 3.As
You might feel:
•A wave of heat or tingling
•A deep yawn
•Popping or releasing in the skull
•Sudden calm
•Emotions rising (this is good—release it)
That’s fascia and trauma letting go.
Why it works:
You’re releasing the fascia at the base of the skull and decompressing the vagus nerve.
It’s like hitting a reset button for your entire body.
Even 1 minute of this can:
— Boost clarity
— Release fight-or-flight
— Ease pressure in the head
Add this to your routine:
•Morning: to wake up your nervous system gently
•Midday: to reset after stress or overwhelm
•Night: to decompress before sleep
Just don’t be surprised if your face literally looks different after.
This is what I teach in my Somatic Healing Masterclass on May 17th.
We go deep into fascia maneuvers, trauma release, detox, and real nervous system healing.

Live on Zoom + Replay
Learn powerful fascia release, detox, and nervous system resets to release trauma, drop inflammation, and feel alive again.
You don’t need more talk therapy.
You need to show your body it’s safe to let go.
You can’t heal trauma through words alone.
It lives in your fascia.
In the tension behind your eyes.
In the pressure in your gut.
In the jaw that never really relaxes.
It’s the grinding your teeth.
Your mind might’ve moved on.
But your body hasn’t.
The body holds the score, and it’s real.
What I do is not therapy.
It’s nervous system reprogramming through fascia release, breath, and movement.
Because here’s the truth:
Words can explain trauma.
But only somatic healing can release it.
Here’s why this work goes deep:
Fascia is the body’s memory bank.
It stores every trauma, every shock, every moment you froze instead of fought or fled.
Until it’s released, your body keeps reliving the past silently.
The nervous system doesn’t respond to words.
It responds to sensation.
To pressure. Rotation. Breath.
That’s how we show the body: “You’re safe now.”
You weren’t born afraid to speak.
You were taught to hold it in, suppressed emotions in your fascia cause restriction and eventually diseases.
This throat opening maneuver will set you free
The area around your thyroid is more than anatomy,
It’s the physical gate of your voice.
When fascia here tightens, it chokes expression, breath, emotion, and power.
We call it anxiety.
We call it “not feeling safe to speak.”
But what if your body just never learned how to release what it was holding?
This is the Fascia Release decompresses the front of your throat and reactivates your voice.
You’ll feel a massive shift. lol
If you were born via C-section, this could change your life.
C-section birth skips one of the most important phases of human development:
Cranial compression.
The pressure from the birth canal shapes the skull, stimulates the nervous system, and ensures proper blood flow to the brain, especially the frontal lobe
Without that pressure, the fascia around your head doesn’t decompress naturally.
This can lead to:
•Chronic tension
•Anxiety
•Migraines
•Sleep issues
•Emotional dysregulation
More importantly:
The frontal lobe doesn’t receive proper blood flow.
This part of your brain governs:
•Focus
•Emotional regulation
•Decision making
•Nervous system balance
THE SILENT SCREAM
The trauma release technique they never taught you… but your body’s been begging for.
You won’t believe what happens when you try this.
Read this. Save it. Try it today.
You’re holding pain in your face.
Your jaw.
Your throat.
Your neck.
Your body is screaming inside—but no sound comes out.
It’s not random tension. It’s unprocessed trauma.o
The “Silent Scream” is a fascia release that resets your nervous system in 30 seconds.
No tech. No therapist. Just your hands and your breath.
It might look weird, but what you’ll feel after… is unreal.
You ever get stuck emotions in your jaw, face, or gut and you can’t explain it?
Try this one move:
The Fish Mouth Maneuver.
It might look silly, but it can reset your nervous system in seconds.
Here’s what it does (and how to do it):
Your face holds more tension and emotion than you realize.
The jaw connects to your gut, diaphragm, vagus nerve — even your hips.
So if you’ve ever felt anxious, overwhelmed, or “clenched”…
There’s a good chance your jaw is involved.
The Fish Mouth Maneuver decompresses the:
•Buccinator muscle
•Masseter (your clenching muscle)
•Zygomatic arch
•Deep fascia tied to your neck + gut + heart
Unlocking Your Face = Unlocking Your Nervous System
1.This may look silly, but it’s one of the most powerful things I’ve done to decompress my face, jaw, and nervous system.
’s called a Buccal Fascia Expansion
You fill your cheeks with air and hold.
The pressure activates deep cranial fascia and resets tension stored in the jaw, sinuses, and even behind the eyes. 2.It
3.Why this works:
•Your face holds trauma
•Your jaw stores stress
•Your tongue connects to your diaphragm
When you decompress the face, you reset your entire body from the top down.
