They bribed people with free donuts, burgers, and fries to get injected, while claiming to care about public health. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”

Groves not not viewed as a war hero by the military in WW2 in the same sense that Eisenhower or MacArthur were — he was an production engineer for the army Corp of Engineers that managed an industrial production project.
Despite all this, Groves had some supporters in the Senate, and some in the military. But he had a huge list of enemies, including David Lilienthal, the head of the Atomic Energy Commission, and the scientists on the General Advisory Committee secretly regarded him as a nuisance in transitioning the atomic weapons business from its "crash" wartime footing into something more regular and systematic in nature. It became a huge business.

Churchill was not a fan of these talks because of Trotsky's link to bankers of the Royal family. The bankers came up with the plan to corrupt Trotsky to cause civil war in Russia to allow the crown to take back control of Russia from the Communists. The rothschilds never thought Trotsky would kill the Tsar. He did.
It was said in his archives after Yalta that admired Stalin's honesty about Trotsky and his death and his links to the bankers during WW2. The bankers came up with the plan to corrupt Trotsky to cause civil war in Russia to allow the crown to take back control of Russia from the Communists.
