1. America has some serious health problems

• 1 in 36 children has autism.
• 50% have type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes.
• 74% of Americans are overweight or obese.
• 77% of young Americans can't serve in the military due to obesity or drug abuse.

Just to name a few.

Our health as a nation hasn't just been declining…

It's been collapsing completely.
2. Medical schools train doctors to siloed specialties.

They're taught to identify a condition then prescribe a pill or perform a surgery.

80% of medical schools don't require a SINGLE nutrition course.

Yet 90% of healthcare costs come from preventable lifestyle diseases.
3. We live in an estrogen-dominated environment that's feminizing our society.

There have been 8 billion metric tons of plastic produced since 1907.

As these break down, they act as xenoestrogens in our bodies, binding to estrogen receptors.

This is driving earlier puberty in girls & feminizing men.
4. You can't outwork a bad environment.

Ultra-processed foods now make up 67% of children's calories.

These products are literally designed by former tobacco scientists to bypass satiety signals & make you addicted.

It's literally weaponized food.
5. The shortcomings of medicine schools.

Dr. Means didn't learn a single minute about:

• Nutrition
• Circadian biology

In medical school.

But she did learn that walking 7,000 steps/day can slash your risk of obesity, diabetes, and Alzheimer's by 40-60%.
