4 The plan is to gain international approval for destroying Ukraine, then proceed with his own wars of conquest- it is at that point he might be different from Obama- but....
5 Look at the history of the US post including first Gulf War 9/11, the wars it has waged etc. Can we be sure that what we are not witnessing as we saw with Russia from Chechnya onwards is a trajectory of increasing collective violence whatever the catalysts may be?
6 America has always oscillated between being a rapacious imperial power and its narrative of trying to establish an international order- the inherent contradictions might now be resolved in a new age of empires
7 The next 24 hours are crucial as Trump tries to succeed where Hitler failed and turn Ukraine into Lebensraum and build a new fascist world order on Ukrainian blood- and Romania chooses whether to participate.
8 If you are American or Romanian right now is the time to act to grab the steering wheel of the world- The White House must be bombarded with your rage at his betrayal. But largely I see aceptance.
