My first years as a day trader I was losing $1,000’s every month

It wasn’t until I studied a Single Strategy that I could use over and over that everything clicked

Now I have 5 figure days and 6 figure months

Below you can steal my exact strategy:🧵

Lets start off first with the EMA's I use

The purple line is 200 EMA
The red line is 48 EMA
The green line is 13 EMA
The orange line is 8 EMA

200 EMA shows long term trend

Above = Bullish
Below = Bearish

13 and 48 Are my pullback/short levels. Pullbacks if above 200 and shorts if below. 48 is my last line of defense

8 is my trend indicator

Timeframe is 5Min

Today we took $QQQ puts going well over 100% using this strategy

Lets dive deeper into it

$QQQ - 150%+ PUT TRADE

What were we looking for?

As stated above we waited until we had our confirmations

8/13 cross down 48EMA = Bearish

Break below 200EMA = Bearish

Everything was pointing down from the bearish trend forming to the confirmation in our EMA’s

Great now for the entry 👇

HOW TO TAKE THE ENTRY?

Timeframe = 5 MIN

Once we have our confirmations for puts

(Remember everything is bearish) Now we need to find a good entry

The entry we took was the Bear flag right into our EMA’s

We bear flagged and rejected into

- Our EMA’s which we were below = Bearish

- Also was a strong resistance level going back to yesterdays high of day

So with our EMA and Price Action strategy telling us we were Bearish we also got the confluence of YDH rejection

So let’s go over the confluences one more time

Below 200 EMA = Bearish

13/48 cross down = Bearish

Below YDH = Bearish

Bear Flag = Bearish

BackTest and reject into our EMA’s and YDH resistance = Bearish

Great! Now what time frame do I use for the exit?

I use the 5 minute to take my entries

And use the 5/10/15 minute to watch the 8 EMA once we are in the trade and trending to ride runners taking profits along the way
