You can’t stop aging.

But you can slow it down—and even reverse how it shows on your skin.

People often ask how my wife and I look 10-15 years younger than our age.

Today, I’m sharing exactly what we do—effective, evidence-based, and rarely discussed.

Let’s get into it: 🧵 Image
The #1 secret to younger skin? Keeping it healthy from the inside out.

Your skin is built on two key nutrients:
• Protein
• Saturated fat

Not seed oils or “heart-healthy” vegetable fats.

Let’s break down what to do to maintain healthy skin—and reverse visible aging: Image
1/ Prioritize saturated fat and cholesterol.

These are essential for:

• Hormone production
• Skin cell structure
• Nutrient absorption (vitamins A, D, E, K)

Low-fat diets lead to dry, sagging skin, poor hormone balance, and faster cellular aging.
2/ Prioritize vitamin A—your skin depends on it.

Vitamin A supports both the epidermis & dermis, playing a key role in skin health.

It helps:
• Trigger collagen production
• Keep skin hydrated
• Prevent rough, dry, scaly texture
• Fight acne

But not all vitamin A is equal.
Plant sources provide beta-carotene, which must be converted into retinol—the active form of vitamin A.

This conversion is inefficient, especially with liver or thyroid issues.

Top sources of retinol include:
• Egg yolks
• Cod liver oil
• Butter
• Salmon
• Goat cheese Image
3/ Include vitamin E for oxidative protection.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps:

• Prevent collagen breakdown
• Reduce UV damage
• Protect hormonal balance

Excellent sources: red palm oil, almonds, leafy greens, and olive oil.
4/ Avoid AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products)

These toxic compounds form when sugar binds to proteins or fats, especially during high-heat cooking.

They:
• Damage collagen
• Disrupt cells
• Accelerate aging

Limit fried, sugary, and processed foods to reduce exposure. Image
5/ Eliminate refined sugars and processed carbs.

Excess sugar raises insulin and cortisol, promoting:
• Skin inflammation
• Collagen breakdown
• Premature aging

A low-carb or ketogenic diet helps reduce inflammation and slow visible aging.
6/ Incorporate intermittent fasting.

Fasting stimulates autophagy—a cellular “cleansing” process that removes damaged proteins and organelles.

The result:

• Clearer skin
• Less oxidative stress
• Slower biological aging

Pair it with healthy fats for optimal skin renewal.
7/ Manage stress to protect skin and hormones.

Chronic stress = high cortisol = aging skin and hair.

Support hormonal balance with:
• Sunlight (vitamin D)
• Quality sleep
• Daily movement
• Deep breathing
• Post-meal walks
And remember:

Youthful skin begins within—not in creams or serums.

Support your body with the right nutrients, and it will show in your skin, energy, and vitality.

No drugs. No side effects. Just smart nutrition.

Castor oil: nature’s Botox?

This ancient oil has been used for thousands of years—from the Egyptians to the Romans.

It can hydrate your skin, fight wrinkles, and promote healthy hair.

But what about its deadly toxin? Let’s dive in: 🧵 Image
Castor oil is extracted from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant.

Its use dates back to ancient Egypt, where it was valued for its healing, beautifying, and embalming properties.

Today, it’s making a powerful comeback in skincare and haircare.

But what makes it so unique?
Castor oil owes its power to ricinoleic acid—a rare fatty acid that makes up 90% of the oil.

It delivers:
• Anti-inflammatory relief
• Antioxidant protection
• Antimicrobial effects
• Deep hydration

This combination makes castor oil perfect for both skin and scalp health.

Big Pharma is TERRIFIED of vitamin D3.

They’ve spent decades downplaying its power—because it’s a natural, affordable remedy that quietly threatens billions in profits.

There’s a hidden war between natural healing and pharmaceutical interests—let me explain: 🧵 Image
Why don’t major institutions like Harvard publish anything positive about vitamin D?

Because they’re influenced and funded by pharmaceutical giants.

Why? Because vitamin D directly competes with their drugs.

You’ll be shocked how deep this goes…
Vitamin D is made when sunlight hits the cholesterol in your skin.

But think about it:
• We’re told cholesterol is bad.
• We’re told to avoid the sun.

Why? Because they can’t profit from sunlight—but they can sell you synthetic vitamin D.

Let’s see how… Image

Magnesium deficiency is causing anxiety, fatigue, & numerous issues in millions of Americans.

Yet most people are deficient & don’t even know it.

Let me explain why magnesium matters & the biggest mistake people make regarding it: 🧵 Image
You might think your magnesium levels are fine because your blood test said so.

But here’s the catch:

Only about 1% of magnesium is in your blood.

The other 99% is stored in your bones, muscles, and cells—where it’s actually used.

So how do you know if you’re deficient?
The #1 sign you are magnesium deficient?

FATIGUE.

Why? Because magnesium:

• Powers your mitochondria
• Powers your nervous system
• Creates ATP (your energy currency)
• Runs every cell's sodium-potassium pump Image

What happens when you apply ONION JUICE to your hair twice a week?

This unusual remedy has quietly gained attention for promoting hair growth—especially with thinning or patchy hair.

But its effectiveness depends on proper use. Here’s what research says—and how to apply it. 🧵 Image
One common myth? That onion juice smells terrible and doesn’t work.

Yes, onions have a strong smell—but when used correctly, there’s no lingering odor, and the results can be impressive.

But what actually makes onion juice so powerful for hair?
Onions are rich in quercetin and sulfur—two compounds that support hair in key ways:

• Sulfur helps build keratin, the main protein in hair
• Quercetin reduces inflammation
• Natural antimicrobials fight fungus and scalp infections

But most people make one key mistake…

You’ve heard lemon water is healthy—but has anyone really explained why?

Lemon water isn’t just a trend; it’s a proven way to protect your liver, support fat loss, and boost overall health.

Here are 8 key benefits of making it a daily habit:

1/ Rich in phytonutrients… 🧵 Image
Lemons contain over 30 unique phytonutrients that:
• Boost circulation
• Strengthen veins and capillaries
• Support hemorrhoid recovery
• Fight bacteria, viruses, & fungi

Their natural acidity improves mineral absorption—especially iron.

There’s more…
2/ Reduces fatty liver

1 in 4 adults has a fatty liver—often without knowing it.

Lemon’s phytonutrients help break down fat in liver cells (hepatic steatosis).

Combined with a low-carb diet, lemon speeds up fat loss, improving energy, metabolism, and overall liver function.
