Ukrainian delegation doesn’t have a mandate to discuss Ukraine’s territory. 1/

Zelensky: Russians in Istanbul told the Ukrainian delegation: We know that our memorandum is an ultimatum, and you will not accept it. 3/
Zelensky: Our delegation doesn’t have a mandate to discuss Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. This is our own constitutional matter. 4/
Zelensky: Viktor’s [Orban] policy is anti-Ukrainian and anti-European.

Zelensky on sanctions: Western partners list the reasons why they have not made a decision, and one of them is that Ukraine has not mobilized from the age of 18. 7/

Putin: Modern weapons now make up 95% of Russia’s strategic nuclear forces — the highest share among all nuclear powers. 3/
Zelensky: Trump criticizes me? If it brings us closer to ending the war, I’ll take it all in stride. He’s chosen his strategy. I’m not here to judge. 1/
Zelensky: Russia hopes sanctions won’t be imposed during negotiations. Trump must impose them now. That’s the only way Putin will say: “Let’s talk about ending the war.” 2/
Zelensky: The biggest mistake was introducing sanctions on Russia too slowly. That gave Putin time to adapt, especially in the defense sector. 3/
