1. Disappear
2. Learn skills
3. Open businesses
4. Build a home gym

1. Start your day fasting

Fast through the morning hours

Let that hunger inside of you drive you (first 3 hrs)

This will help:

• regulate blood sugar and manage insulin resistance
• Promotes weight management by using stored energy
• Increases focus and reduces brain fog
2. Have the right woman by your side.

Dating a woman who still respects you even when she’s upset is VERY, VERY Important

Date a humble and intelligent woman.
3. Improve yourself daily

• Wake up; 5 AM.
• Hit 100 push-ups.
• Sit and write.
• Take a cold shower.
• Reconnect with God.

Then go out outdoors.

I’ve finally come to realize that, as a man, never stay indoors all day. It's the best cure to depression.
4. Limit screen time

4 hrs of work a day is enough

Before work;

• Turn on "Do not disturb" in your phone
• Set timer to break monotony
• Complete one task at a time

When working, focus on the process, results are blinding

Afterwards, spend time in nature and get some sun.
5. Never disrespect yourself

This is the main reason why you have;

• Low self esteem
• Not being respected
• Been faking confidence

Stick to what you believe in.

People won't respect you if you fail to respect yourself.

Remember, You are the prizeee!!!
Kill the nice guy inside you.

You're a man, Minimize your kindness. This generation has no memory. Become ruthless or get crushed.
6. Don't be weak.

Modern Men are:

- Weak
- Feminine
- Depressed
