1. Following Telegram founder Pavel Durov's arrest in France, Telegram has made major changes to its privacy terms and will share user information to authorities in cases of potential crime.

The data shared with judicial authorities will be users' IP addresses and phone numbers.
2. Telegram founder said after his arrest that it's not easy to create balance between privacy and security, and earlier this month, Telegram blocked uploads of new media to stop scammers, bots.

About Telegram's privacy: Telegram, unlike Signal or WhatsApp, doesn't end-to-end..
3. encrypt by default and users have to manually enable that. Group chats can't be end-to-end encrypted. Telegram can keep metadata for 12 months max.

Pavel Durov himself is out on bail and has been ordered to stay in France during the investigation.

The bad news is that when I woke up this morning, Mendrisia had passed away. She got sick on our journey from Puebla to Veracruz and finally in San Cristobol she passed away. I was planning on going to the veterinary this morning but when I woke up at 5am, she already was dead.
RIP

The question is does "Silent Weapons for Silent Wars" extend to pets!?

All the world is a stage & when I was flying back from Istanbul to USA, I also got grilled by an immigration official. I was asked a lot of Qs abt what I was doing in Switzerland & Turkey, but it's like I'm an American citizen, how can you not let me in!?
