The bad news is that when I woke up this morning, Mendrisia had passed away. She got sick on our journey from Puebla to Veracruz and finally in San Cristobol she passed away. I was planning on going to the veterinary this morning but when I woke up at 5am, she already was dead. RIP

1. On Nov 29, 2023, I boarded a plane from Istanbul to ORD on @TurkishAirlines but my final destination was Cincinnati to surprise my mom for her b-day. My flight was delayed 3 hrs due to an emergency landing in Copenhagen, so I missed my connecting flight to CVG but no comp, etc

On Feb 1, 2024, @TurkishAirlines informed me they would cover any expenses I incurred to get to my final destination, CVG but on Feb 13, 2024 they indicated that they would not cover the expense to get to Cincinnati via bus since it was not at the ORD airport. Didn't seem fair
