Most people think sexual energy is just about sex.

Ancient traditions knew it as "kundalini", a life force that can literally rewire your brain and nervous system.

Modern somatic therapy proves they were right.

Here's how to harness this primal energy: 🧵 Image
Image
Kundalini literally means "coiled serpent" in Sanskrit.

It's dormant life-force energy sitting at the base of your spine.

The same energy behind sexual arousal is identical to what we call spiritual awakening.

We've just been taught to waste it through porn and sex. Image
This primal energy lies dormant in most people, blocked by stress, trauma, and unconscious living.

Once awakened, it begins to rise through the spine, moving through seven energy centers.

Before dismissing it as woo-woo, know that Kundalini is also neurological ↓ Image
Kundalini activates ancient parts of your brain (limbic system).

It triggers neuroplastic changes, i.e. rewiring how you process emotion, memory, intuition, and awareness.

Over time, you become more connected, calm, and creative.

So, how to harness it? Image
The bridge between trauma healing & kundalini awakening are the neurogenic tremors.

Your body naturally wants to shake.

Animals do this instinctively after surviving a threat, they tremor to discharge the stress.

Humans suppress this reflex. That's why we stay stuck.
I discovered Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) during my burnout in grad school.

Simple movements that trigger involuntary shaking.

Within minutes, my nervous system started discharging years of stored tension.

It felt erotic, alive, electric, but not sexual.
The shaking isn't random.

It activates your reptilian brain and limbic system, the primitive parts that modern life has shut down.

These ancient brain regions control creativity, intuition, and life force.

Kundalini awakening literally turns them back on. Image
On top of tremors, controlled breathing patterns can induce non-ordinary states where old emotions surface and resolve.

Holotropic breathwork puts you in a "dream-like" state where trauma becomes accessible.

It's like therapy at warp speed. Image
The goal with harnessing your sexual energy is integration where that wild kundalini fire becomes a steady river of vitality flowing through your daily life.

Let's talk about how to achieve this integration: Image
→ TRE (trauma releasing tremors) ↓

TRE releases trauma held in psoas (a deep core muscle near the base of the spine).

Once the tension is released from this area, people report "heat" running up the spine, involuntary body movements, emotional catharsis, etc.
2) Holotropic breathwork

It can trigger kundalini-like experiences through deep, circular breathing (no pauses between breaths) for 2-3 hours with music.

Never attempt this alone. Work with certified facilitators only.
3) Somatic therapy awakens kundalini by releasing trauma trapped in your nervous system.

It works "bottom-up", freeing frozen energy through body awareness, not forcing it upward through intense practices.

Master this method in my free course: bodymindaccelerator.com
I've seen clients redirect awakened kundalini energy into explosive creative projects, laser-sharp focus at work, heightened intuitive abilities, etc.

As Napoleon Hill says: "...it's the energy of all geniuses." Image
The bottom line is, real transformation is coiled at the base of your spine, waiting for you to give it permission to move.

Your sexual energy is your spiritual energy.

Stop wasting it and start transmuting it into something bigger than yourself.

If your nervous system has been stuck in survival mode, you need a reset.

After years of stress, trauma, and modern life, it's forgotten how to truly relax.

Here are 16 specific techniques to reset it completely: 🧵

1) Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE) Image
Image
Animals shake after escaping predators to discharge trauma.

Humans suppress this reflex and that's why we stay stuck.

Simple exercises trigger involuntary shaking that releases decades of stored stress from your nervous system.

2) Grounding (20+ minutes barefoot)

Studies show direct skin contact with earth transfers electrons that neutralize inflammation and change blood viscosity.

Your red blood cells literally stop clumping together.

77% of suicides are men.

It’s Men’s Mental Health Month—yet therapy still isn’t built for us.

Here are 11 reasons modern therapy is failing men:

1) Men talk through problems shoulder-to-shoulder, not face-to-face.
Isolated "talking" contradicts how men naturally process.

Put a man in motion or give him something to build, and he'll open up naturally.
2) Men are told to express emotions, but punished when they do

Therapy encourages men to 'open up' but ignores what happens when they actually do.

The same vulnerability praised in therapy gets men rejected, disrespected, and overlooked in the real world.

I'm 33.

I've spent a decade obsessed with one question: What invisible forces control human behavior?

Here's what I found about consciousness, trauma, and the toxic shame that's programming your life: Image
In the womb, we experience complete Oneness—no separation, no boundaries.

Birth creates a split and the Oneness becomes dual:

1) my "Self"
2) the Other

The Other is first experienced through our Mother.
Mother = Yin, Eros, the Body, the Feminine.

Emerging from our mother's womb, it is her we first comprehend.

Hence the spiritual axiom, "God is a Woman."

It reflects our primal connection to the Feminine and Mother Nature.

What do panic attacks, chronic fatigue, and digestive issues have in common?

They're all symptoms of the "fight-or-flight" response.

Once you understand it, you can't unsee it.

Here's what it means and 4 ways to reclaim your mind (according to science): 🧵 Image
Image
In 1903, Walter Bradford Cannon, a student at Harvard Medical School, observed something remarkable while studying digestion.

When cats experienced stress or fear, their digestive processes completely stopped.

He used X-rays to observe this happening in real time. Image
This observation led to one of the most important discoveries in human physiology.

Cannon documented how the body changes during stress:

• Blood diverts from digestion to muscles
• Adrenaline floods the bloodstream
• Heart rate significantly increases Image

STRESS RELEASE TECHNIQUES

This simple technique heals decades of trauma, increases your stress tolerance, and drastically improves sleep/digestion.

Here's a step-by step guide (from a therapist): 🧵 Image
Image
If you have pain in your hips and lower back, it's not random tension.

Your hips are more than anatomy.

They anchor your nervous system's fear response, serving as your foundation for safety.
What is the Stress Release Technique?

It's a simple practice of controlled, gentle tremoring that activates your body's natural recovery mechanism.

It allows your body to complete stress cycles that have been "stuck" for years. Image

The root cause behind today’s biggest health problems isn’t what doctors are treating.

Obesity. Addiction. Depression.

They’re not separate issues—they’re symptoms of a deeper condition most people carry without realizing it.

The hidden trigger (and how to heal it): 🧵 Image
Science shows that repressed emotions are the root cause of chronic diseases.

They directly impact:
• Hormone levels
• Brain function
• Immune system
• Mitochondria regulation

Recent research ↓
This study shows childhood trauma increases inflammation in adulthood:

"Physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect, and separation from caregivers significantly increase the risk of developing mental and physical illnesses later in life."

But why don’t doctors learn about this in school?Image
