If you are angry all the time, stop suppressing it.

Suppressed rage doesn't disappear. It becomes depression, anxiety, and chronic illness.

Rage is trapped energy that needs to MOVE.

Here's how to release it safely: 🧵 Image
Image
I've worked with hundreds of clients who were told their anger was "toxic."

Meanwhile, they developed fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue.

Their bodies were literally attacking themselves because their rage had nowhere to go.
The truth is, anger is pure life force energy that gets stuck in your nervous system when suppressed.

This creates physical tension, inflammation, and emotional numbness.

Your body can only store so much before it signals overload through illness.
The suppression sickness is real:

• Depression = anger turned inward
• Anxiety = fear of your own power
• Autoimmune disease = body attacking itself

Gabor Maté calls it "anger attacks the self."

Your immune system mirrors your emotional patterns.
After years of swallowing anger, your nervous system has no space to feel it.

You've shrunk your "window of tolerance" so much that intense emotions become overwhelming.

Embodiment practices gradually expand this capacity without flooding your system.
The tolerance-building process works through titration:

Feel a small dose of anger in safety → return to calm → repeat.

Each time your brain experiences anger without catastrophe, your nervous system's tolerance increases.

Peter Levine calls this "pendulation", the rhythm of activation and rest.Image
→ Somatic rage release techniques that actually work:

• Punch pillows while screaming into them
• Shake and tremble to discharge tension
• Yell into towels

Physical discharge moves the "fight-or-flight" energy that's been locked inside.

Other super-effective methods ↓
→ Breath of Fire (rapid diaphragmatic breathing) mobilizes stuck emotional energy.

Do this for 2-3 minutes followed by gentle breathing.

It literally burns up inner anger in a controlled way, often releasing heat, tingling, and relief. Image
→ In this video, Dr. Gabor Maté discusses his approach to releasing anger and explains the "RAIN" method.

Watch until the end to learn how to apply it ↓
→ Neuroplasticity means you can rewire your anger response.

Each time you safely feel and express anger, you're creating new neural pathways.

Your brain learns "anger can be safe and useful" instead of "anger is dangerous."

This literally reshapes your brain-body connection.
→ Growling, roaring, deep guttural cries unlock throat chakra blocks where anger gets trapped.

Try Lion's Breath: open mouth wide, stick out tongue, exhale with loud "HAAA!" sound.

Many trauma survivors can't yell when angry. This breaks that pattern. Image
→ Movement medicine for anger

• Martial arts provide structured aggression outlet
• Aggressive dancing to loud music
• Shaking, stomping, thrashing

Movement completes the action your body wanted to take. You move through and past the anger.
Integration phase is where anger becomes fuel.

Raw anger energy transforms into healthier boundaries, creative drive, protective instincts, etc.

Healthy anger is proportional, protective, and dissipates once its job is done. It becomes your guardian, not your destroyer.
You want to restore anger to its healthy role where you control anger as a tool.

Most people think sexual energy is just about sex.

Ancient traditions knew it as "kundalini", a life force that can literally rewire your brain and nervous system.

Modern somatic therapy proves they were right.

Here's how to harness this primal energy: 🧵 Image
Image
Kundalini literally means "coiled serpent" in Sanskrit.

It's dormant life-force energy sitting at the base of your spine.

The same energy behind sexual arousal is identical to what we call spiritual awakening.

We've just been taught to waste it through porn and sex. Image
This primal energy lies dormant in most people, blocked by stress, trauma, and unconscious living.

Once awakened, it begins to rise through the spine, moving through seven energy centers.

Before dismissing it as woo-woo, know that Kundalini is also neurological ↓ Image

If your nervous system has been stuck in survival mode, you need a reset.

After years of stress, trauma, and modern life, it's forgotten how to truly relax.

Here are 16 specific techniques to reset it completely: 🧵

1) Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE) Image
Image
Animals shake after escaping predators to discharge trauma.

Humans suppress this reflex and that's why we stay stuck.

Simple exercises trigger involuntary shaking that releases decades of stored stress from your nervous system.

Watch this ↓
2) Grounding (20+ minutes barefoot)

Studies show direct skin contact with earth transfers electrons that neutralize inflammation and change blood viscosity.

Your red blood cells literally stop clumping together.

77% of suicides are men.

It’s Men’s Mental Health Month—yet therapy still isn’t built for us.

Here are 11 reasons modern therapy is failing men:

1) Men talk through problems shoulder-to-shoulder, not face-to-face.
Isolated "talking" contradicts how men naturally process.

Put a man in motion or give him something to build, and he'll open up naturally.
2) Men are told to express emotions, but punished when they do

Therapy encourages men to 'open up' but ignores what happens when they actually do.

The same vulnerability praised in therapy gets men rejected, disrespected, and overlooked in the real world.

I'm 33.

I've spent a decade obsessed with one question: What invisible forces control human behavior?

Here's what I found about consciousness, trauma, and the toxic shame that's programming your life: Image
In the womb, we experience complete Oneness—no separation, no boundaries.

Birth creates a split and the Oneness becomes dual:

1) my "Self"
2) the Other

The Other is first experienced through our Mother.
Mother = Yin, Eros, the Body, the Feminine.

Emerging from our mother's womb, it is her we first comprehend.

Hence the spiritual axiom, "God is a Woman."

It reflects our primal connection to the Feminine and Mother Nature.

What do panic attacks, chronic fatigue, and digestive issues have in common?

They're all symptoms of the "fight-or-flight" response.

Once you understand it, you can't unsee it.

Here's what it means and 4 ways to reclaim your mind (according to science): 🧵 Image
Image
In 1903, Walter Bradford Cannon, a student at Harvard Medical School, observed something remarkable while studying digestion.

When cats experienced stress or fear, their digestive processes completely stopped.

He used X-rays to observe this happening in real time. Image
This observation led to one of the most important discoveries in human physiology.

Cannon documented how the body changes during stress:

• Blood diverts from digestion to muscles
• Adrenaline floods the bloodstream
• Heart rate significantly increases Image

STRESS RELEASE TECHNIQUES

This simple technique heals decades of trauma, increases your stress tolerance, and drastically improves sleep/digestion.

Here's a step-by step guide (from a therapist): 🧵 Image
Image
If you have pain in your hips and lower back, it's not random tension.

Your hips are more than anatomy.

They anchor your nervous system's fear response, serving as your foundation for safety.
What is the Stress Release Technique?

It's a simple practice of controlled, gentle tremoring that activates your body's natural recovery mechanism.

It allows your body to complete stress cycles that have been "stuck" for years. Image
