I like to dig into politicians' finances, and Representative Maxwell Frost has the same corrupt behavior and ability to flat-out lie as Byron Donalds.
Let's start with Max spending campaign habits, His American Express card has to be maxed out at some point. In the last 3 reportable months, charged 115k during a non-campaign year.
Little Max here also receives money from the same crypto corrupt inner circle of FTX/Sam Bankman/Robinhood.
Sam Bankman individually gave 6k
FEX Protect our Future PAC 1 million dollars
Frosty, like Amber (poop on the bed) Herd pledged to return the money provided by Sam Bankman by giving that money to a LGBTQIP Youth Organization called the Zebra foundation. 0 of the individual or PAC was ever distributed back to the organization. theverge.com/2022/12/16/235…
So not only is Frosty corrupted by Crypto money like Byron Donalds
He also pretends to care about LGBTQIP organizations, when in reality, it's about himself as part of the spectrum. The Zebra Foundation should call out Maxwell for promising that money and we should shame him

Expect some lean years in spending within Florida. As this year's current budget has shown, policymakers and budget staff are predicting a multi-headed monster that will test both the working capital fund and the budget stabilization fund for Florida.
Let's start with the positive of conservative budget stewardship regarding the state budget.
-Right now, we have a 17 billion overall total reserves
-The Budget stabilization fund is at 4 billion dollars that can be used to offset costs, if Florida has to "dip" into that fund.
The Budget Stabilization Fund consists of at least 5% of the General Revenue Fund's net revenue collections for the last completed fiscal year. The fund's principal balance cannot exceed 10% of the last completed fiscal year's net revenue collections. Essentially its a buffer

The Small World of Big Weed in Florida, come with me down the rabbit hole of corruption and blurring of party lines.
On 6/11 a donation was made to Byron Donalds PAC, Friends of Florida.
At first, I thought it was just another political consulting firm, considering the amount is 50k. But I did some digging because I had never heard of this group

Jay Collins deserves to be the Lieutenant Governor and is a rising star in Florida. Unlike Byron Donalds in the Florida Legislature, Jay has written or co-sponsored numerous bills that DeSantis has signed. This thread will contain the background of why Jay has my support.
1) During Amendment 3, Jay was visibly out front and verbally against the Amendment
2) During Amendment 4, Jay raised money to help defeat the amendment.

Multiple counties in the Tampa Bay area will be having workshops on plans to utilize hurricane relief funds. The overall total amount exceeds 2 billion dollars.
Hillsborough-$709 M
Pinellas-$813 M
Pasco-$585 M
Manatee-$252 M
Sarasota-$211 M
-The problem with that amount of money coming in at once is the ability to track spending.
-The ability to ensure that funding is not taken advantage of
-Will that money be used for pet projects, short term projects that will end in a few years
With hurricane funding comes corruption in Florida and on multiple occasions led to jail, entire cities with massive turnover, and loss of public trust.
Most recently the city of Lynn Haven (Panama City) area justice.gov/usao-ndfl/pr/l…

Florida has some of the toughest restrictions on where sex offenders can reside. One of those restrictions is FS 775.215, which prohibits living within 1k feet of a school, daycare center, park, or playground. But the states below have the least restrictive state laws.
Massachusetts as a state, has removed its state-level sex offender residency restrictions completely. Even what is considered a level 3, repeated sex offender. Can reside across the street from an Elementary school, unless a city/town/county has an ordinance.
As of 2018, MI/MN no longer have a 1,000-foot buffer zone. The ACLU of MI, yes the same ACLU of MI that sued to have MI residents pay for state-funded abortions forced the state to drop the buffer zone. Whitmer/Tampon Tim are terrible at protecting kids detroitnews.com/story/news/loc…
