Florida has some of the toughest restrictions on where sex offenders can reside. One of those restrictions is FS 775.215, which prohibits living within 1k feet of a school, daycare center, park, or playground. But the states below have the least restrictive state laws. Massachusetts as a state, has removed its state-level sex offender residency restrictions completely. Even what is considered a level 3, repeated sex offender.
