They called it horse dewormer.

But Ivermectin won a Nobel Prize.

Now researchers are exploring it as a cancer treatment, a parasite detox, and even an antiviral.

Here's why it works (and how to use it safely): 🧵 Image
The mockery was relentless during COVID.

"Horse paste" they sneered.

But Ivermectin was developed FOR humans and won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine for virtually eliminating river blindness and other diseases.

4 billion human doses later, it's still saving lives. Image
Ivermectin works through two distinct mechanisms:

In parasites: binds to key metabolic channels, causing paralysis and death.

In viruses/cancer: blocks specific proteins that transport viral/cancer proteins into cell nuclei.

Dual action = broad spectrum power. Image
The anti-cancer research is stunning.

While all this is early-stage research, oncologists like @MakisMD have noted ivermectin’s “15 anti-cancer mechanisms of action.” Image
As a parasite detox, Ivermectin clears worms, mites, and protozoa that mainstream medicine often misses.

Chronic fatigue, unexplained skin issues, digestive problems?

Hidden parasites could be the culprit.

One dose can eliminate years of immune system burden. Image
In addirtion to ridding parasites, it's crucial to heal your gut.

Read the NY Times best-seller "Super Gut" for full details.

It introduces the breakthrough of making your own high-strength probiotics at home.

That's why I made this machine:

Ivermectin's antiviral effects surprised researchers.

Lab studies show activity against West Nile virus, SARS-CoV-2 and other diseases.

In one COVID study, a 5000-fold reduction in viral RNA within 48 hours.

Early treatment may reduce viral load before symptoms worsen. Image
Real-world benefits people report:

• Clearer skin (especially rosacea)
• Better gut function after parasite clearing
• Mental clarity & reduced brain fog
• Improved energy levels
• Immune system improvement

The body heals when burdens are removed.
Dosage protocols for safety:

• 0.2-0.4 mg per kg body weight (12-24mg for a 60kg adult).
• Pharmaceutical-grade tablets.
• Typical course: single dose or multiple days depending on indication.

Medical supervision is essential. Image
Image
Critical safety notes:

• Avoid in pregnancy, severe liver disease, or children under 5
• Never use animal formulations
• Always consult a doctor
• Stick to proven dosing ranges

Over 4 billion doses have been given safely when used correctly.
Why was it suppressed during COVID?

Simple: Ivermectin is off-patent.

At $1 per dose, no pharmaceutical company can profit from it.

Meanwhile, new patented drugs like remdesivir cost $3,000+ per treatment.

Follow the money. Image
I took ivermectin myself during COVID and recovered quickly.

Many doctors quietly prescribe it off-label because they've seen it work.

But medical boards threatened licenses for those who spoke publicly about it.

Science by intimidation, not evidence.
Ivermectin isn't a miracle cure-all.

But it's far more than "horse dewormer."

From eliminating parasites to emerging cancer protocols, it deserves unbiased research, not corporate censorship.

The best treatments are often the simplest and cheapest.

The US government just quietly admitted fermented foods HEAL your gut.

After 50 years of pushing low-fat yogurt,

They named kimchi, kefir, and miso in the official dietary guidelines.

Here's what 6 months of home fermentation taught me (FDA hasn't caught up to this yet): 🧵
The new 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans just made a historic shift.

For the FIRST TIME, they explicitly mention your gut bacteria.

And they say fermented foods are key.

But here's what they got wrong… Image
For decades, the official advice said nothing about those gut bacteria.

Count calories. Cut fat.

But now the guidelines admit something shocking in plain print:

Fermented foods "support a diverse microbiome".

Here's what I found out...

This peer-reviewed study deserves more attention than it's getting:

Extra virgin olive oil makes your brain work better.

The mechanism? Through your gut.

656 adults tracked for 2 years.

The virgin oil group had sharper cognition. The refined oil group had a measurable decline🧵
The study was published in the journal Microbiome.

656 participants. Ages 55-75. Two years of follow-up.

A first-of-its-kind human study. Image
What researchers compared:

- People who regularly use EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil
- People who used REFINED olive oil

Same kitchen staple. Same Mediterranean reputation.

Massively different outcomes for the brain. Image

No pain. No gain.

That mindset has stopped millions of people from ever building muscle.

A new study just buried it.

You can build measurable strength in just 5 minutes a day.

Without a gym, without soreness, and without exhausting yourself.

Here's exactly how 🧵
The research was published in the Journal of Sport and Health Science.

Conducted by Professor Ken Nosaka, Director of Exercise and Sports Science at Edith Cowan University in Australia.

A leading expert in muscle physiology has spent decades studying this.

The conclusion is clear.Image
Most people think about exercise in one direction only: lifting, pushing, climbing.

But every motion has a SECOND phase, the lowering.

Lowering a dumbbell. Walking downstairs. Sitting into a chair.

That phase is called eccentric exercise.

And it's where the real growth happens.Image

A probiotic pill costs a dollar and contains dormant bacteria that stay asleep even after you swallow them.

If you take that pill and ferment it into yogurt, those billions of bacteria can turn into trillions.

This guy is putting up €1,800 to find out if this actually works: Image
Image
The probiotics industry is a $50 billion business built on selling dehydrated cultures in plastic bottles.

Most people just take them and hope they do something.

But Matt is trying a different way: using a single capsule as a starter to grow a large colony of live probiotic bacteria.Image
Think of a probiotic capsule as a tiny packet of seeds.

You can swallow the seeds, or you can plant them in milk, add prebiotics as fertilizer, and grow a much larger supply.

In theory, you get 100 times the potency for the same price. Image

Most people are eating plenty of protein.

But almost none of it is making it into their muscles, joints, hair, skin, or hormones.

Why?

Because their gut can't break it down.

A 65-year-old has about 30% less stomach acid than a 30-year-old.

Less acid means undigested protein.

(Undigested protein means muscle wasting, brittle hair, sagging skin, and a body that can't repair itself)

Researchers at Cambridge and the University of Texas Medical Branch confirmed it:

The body needs 9 specific building blocks called essential amino acids.

It can't make them.

You have to eat them.

When even one is missing, protein synthesis stops -

Full stop.

Steak, chicken, fish, and eggs all contain them.

But by the time those proteins get broken down, absorbed, and reassembled into something usable,

You've lost 30 to 70% of the original yield.

For someone with healthy digestion, that's fine.

For someone with bloating, low stomach acid, leaky gut, or IBS -

It's a slow disaster.

That's where pre-digested amino acids come in.

They skip the breakdown step entirely.

Within 30 minutes of swallowing them,

They're in your bloodstream (already broken down to the size your cells can use)

These are the 9 amino acids you can't live without:

Lysine. Leucine. Isoleucine. Methionine. Valine. Threonine. Phenylalanine. Histidine. Tryptophan.

Miss any one of them and your body cannibalizes itself to make up the difference.

That's where wrinkles, weak nails, slow recovery, and shrinking muscle come from.

I've been saying for 30 years:

Most chronic problems aren't a lack of medication.

They're a lack of building blocks.

Comment AMINOS and I'll send you a free guide on the 9 essential amino acids and how to use them to rebuild your body.

P.S. MUST Follow for me first so I can DM you.Image

After 50, you lose muscle every single year.

Not because you're aging.

Because you're starving your body of the right building blocks.

Two studies just dropped this month proving it.

Here's what they found and how to reverse it 🧵
Study #1 published March 2026.

38,073 adults across 27 European countries tracked over 2 years.

The finding:

Low protein intake = significantly higher rates of weak grip, slow walking speed, and physical decline.

The damage starts at 50. Most never recover. Image
Study #2 published this month in Frontiers in Nutrition.

The takeaway: the standard protein recommendation (0.8g/kg) is dangerously low for adults over 50.

Why?

Aging muscles develop "anabolic resistance".

They stop responding to protein the way younger muscles do. Image
