Hidden stress, unresolved grief, or constant performance pressure can aggravate Rajas and Tamas, which disturb the heart-mind connection (Hrudaya – Manas Sthana).
🔸 5. Ojas Depletion
Even with a healthy diet and exercise, Ojas (the essence of immunity and vitality) can get depleted due to:
Late nights
Frequent travel
Excess screen time
Emotional trauma
Intense physical routines
A low Ojas state makes one vulnerable to sudden breakdowns.
🔸 6. Wrong Timing of Meals & Sleep
Eating late at night, skipping meals, or sleeping after midnight disturbs Agni (digestive fire), leading to Ama (toxins), which clog the Srotas (channels), including those of the heart.
🔸 7. Unseen Ama & Kapha Blockages
Toxins (Ama) build silently and obstruct the heart channels (Hridaya Srotas), which may not always show up in tests.
These blockages, especially when combined with Kapha accumulation, can lead to sudden arrests.
✅ Ayurvedic Advice to Prevent Such Episodes:
1. Follow Dinacharya (daily routine) to stabilize Vata and Prana.
2. Avoid over-exertion, overworking, and overthinking.
3. Practice Pranayama and meditation daily to protect the heart.
4. Maintain early bedtime (before 10 PM).
5. Allow time for mental rest and emotional expression.
6. Avoid cold, oily, junk food even if you work out.
7. Do regular Abhyanga (oil massage) to stabilize Vata.
