1🧵 In February of 2009 two allegedly unrelated events occurred; the 2009 Swine Flu Pandemic Outbreak & the Baxter Live H5N1 vaccine contamination incidence. A lab leak hushed up & a pandemic followed. That may sound familiar, but it is directly tied to what 10yrs later would happen w/ COVID-19.

2🧵Austrian journalist Jane Burgermeister filed a criminal complaint over the Feb 2009 Baxter incidence against the WHO, FDA, FBI, UN, Baxter & others alleging that Baxter's dangerous "accident" was intentional,

As a means to create a pandemic & unleash it on the world. ☢️

3🧵Backing up her claims was the fact that Baxter did in fact distribute 72 kilos of contaminated "vaccine material" to 16 labs across at least 4 countries.

The lethal material was only caught by chance when a lab in the Czech Republic inoculated lab ferrets with it & when they did the ferrets all died.

4🧵The material was supposed to be vaccine product for H3N2 a seasonal flu for humans that is not fatal to ferrets. Alarm bells went off when the materials were tested after the animals died & to their horror they discovered the materials were contaminated w/ LIVE H3N2 & H5N1 [HPAI].

Although viral reassortment is one of the 2 ways pandemic viruses are created, & Baxter admittedly foster that potentiality the incredibly dangerous incident was by & large dismissed by health officials & big pharma & overshadowed by the concurrently emerging swine flu.

5🧵Baxter did go on to be one of very few manufacturers that made a vaccine for the 2009 swine flu, which was marketed in Europe as Celvapan.

W/in the next 5 yrs Baxter would completely split its company & divest its technology & in 2014 Baxter divested its H5N1, H1N1 & Vero cell tech to Nanotherapeutics Inc. 🤯

6🧵Nanotherapeutics should ring a bell to my readers since we discovered years ago that Nanotherapeutics, a pharmaceutical company that primarily did bio-weapon countermeasures for the US Government since 1999 changed their name twice & rebranded themselves in 2020 as Resilience.

One yr later, Resilience was hired by Moderna to make their C19 mRNA vaccines.

7🧵In 2015, a year after Baxter divested its dangerous vaccine platform to Nano, Nano acquired another company's technology-this time it was XOMA's "biodefense program". These actions were prompted by the government to illicit a desired ROI for their 2013 investment into Nano.

Because in 2013, the US Army in conjunction w/ HHS + JPEO had pursued a effort called the Advanced Developing & Manufacturing [ADM] alliance

8🧵The ADM/CIADM wherein Nanotherapeutics was essentially gifted, by the Department of Defense a BSL-3 laboratory in Alachua Florida.

The goal? A network of biodefense manufacturers across the US that could produce bio-countermeasures at scale for the war fighter or in event of a bio-threat to the US.

9🧵It was indeed this very same BSL-3 in FL that Resilience used to manufacture mRNA material for Moderna's C19 vaccine formulation. All this information sounds mundane until further investigation.

However, once dug into serious concerns arise into the mysterious rise behind Resilience. The conflicts of interest become impossible to ignore.

10🧵During the 2009 swine flu & through the time in which Nano had acquired both Baxter & XOMAs tech, Patrick Scannon a VP of Xoma [2006-2016] was one of the founding chair members of the National Biodefense Science Board [NBSB]

☢️While XOMA landed multi-million dollar contracts w/ Fauci's NIAID to make MCMs for the biowarfare agent, Botulinum toxin.

The NBSB advises the HHS on biosecurity measures, vaccine + biodefense research, safety & preparedness.

11🧵 Robert House was Ology [Nano]’s Senior VP of Gov' contracts, & Ronald Cobb their CSO, both received their education in the Triangle Park area of NC, UNC Chapel Hill & Wake Forest respectively.

Nano's former CMO, Greg Shipp also happens to be a UNC C.H alumni.

12🧵In 2015, Timothy Cooke was appointed to the US National Vaccine Advisory Committee [NVAC].

3yrs later, Cooke joined Ology/Nano as their Sen'VP meaning Cooke was a NVAC member prior to & throughout the pandemic.

💥NVAC is the ONLY federal advisory that makes recommendations across the entire US immunization system.

13🧵Cooke was originally slotted for a 4yr term starting in 2015, but it was extended through 2023. 👀 A February 2020 NVAC meeting Cooke as well as Johns Hopkins' Gigi Gronvall advocated for Synthetic Biology & even highlighting Moderna's mRNA for a potential C19 vax candidate.

At that same Feb 2020 NVAC meeting GOF partners Ralph Baric & Mark Denison were guest speakers. Baric urged that C19 "clearly originated in bats." Denison noted that "Remdesivir was effective as prophylaxis" in mice.

14🧵Both were on the panel for IOM's GOF Symposium in December of 2014- that same month was when Baxter, the ones behind the dangerous GOF vaccine contamination leak, divested that very same vaccine platform to Nanotherapeutics[/Ology/Resilience].

15🧵The President & CEO of Ology/Nano [2017-2021] was Peter Khoury & he came in 4 months before Nano changed their name to Ology & he oversaw the absorption of Ology into Resilience before stepping down.

16🧵From 2014-2016 Khoury was the Sen' program at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Office of the president for Global Health, leading the foundation in development & manufacturing.

17🧵Moderna's C19 jab, fostered by DARPA & the intelligence community was produced by the shell company Resilience which is a twice rebranded bio-weapons government contractor built upon the GOF dangers of the 2009 H5N1 leak technology.

The revolving door between the scientists and officials related to C19 & UNC is equally as glaring as the reality that the US bio-weapons program has been actively hidden, along w/ its many crimes by the US government for decades.
