After the repeated cases I've seen in the hospital and the Dms I've been receiving daily, I think it is important to address this.
A lot of men have "worms" in their bodies but they don't know until it has caused a lot of damage.
VARICOCELE is becoming an important cause of reduced fertility in many young men, unfortunately most men are unaware they have it until it starts affecting their sperm quality, testicular function or causes discomfort.
Early diagnosis and treatment can make a big difference.

drastically. Explained everything to him and he still refused a minor surgery that might give him a chance. All the Doctor needs to do is ligate those veins and give the testes a chance to breathe fresh air and produce better sperm cells.Which will u choose, fresh or stale air?
Facts about varicoceles
1. Usually in your left scrotum 2. Feels like a "bag of worms" 3. May disappear when you lie down 4. Can cause severe pain 5. Can lead to male infertility
People with varicoceles may experience the following symptoms:
1. A noticeably swollen vein in the scrotum (as shown in this pic)
2. A disturbing feeling of weight in the scrotum
3. Pain in the scrotum which increases on standing, &
4. Shrinking of the testicles
Sometimes, however, none of those varicocele symptoms mentioned will occur.
In fact, some people with varicoceles will feel nothing more than a dull, aching, or dragging pain in their scrotum which gets worse after doing some exercise, or at the end of the day.
Varicoceles that cause no symptoms typically require no treatment.
But if symptoms occur, a surgery called Varicocelectomy can be done to restore proper blood flow to your testis & hence restore fertility.
Many men are able to impregnate their women after this surgery.
Varicocelectomy is generally a safe procedure.
It can be done using an instrument called laparoscope (laparoscopic varicocelectomy) or through an open surgery (open varicocelectomy).
Both have high chances of improving your fertility.
Always check if you have Varicocele.. It's very important
