Protein: 160–180g
Split between:
3 clean, dense meals
1 late night shake (yogurt, raw honey, creatine, eggs)
Ate like a warrior, not a lab rat
No seed oils, no tracking apps.
Just whole food: beef, eggs, organs, potatoes, sauerkraut, butter, raw milk, fruit.
Cost under €450/month.
Body responded instantly; no bloat, no crash.
TESTOSTERONE PROTOCOL:
