🔹 Work requirements: 80 hours/month for Medicaid
🔹 Cuts to SNAP (food stamps) fraud
🔹 Caps provider taxes used by blue states to game federal Medicaid $$$

If 4 GOP Senators vote no, the bill dies. But if it’s tied 50–50, Vice President JD Vance casts the deciding vote.
