2 weeks ago, I did a keynote at SuperAI.

The topic was "AI Content Creation: How to create signal instead of noise."

If you use AI to create content, I got 7 good tips for you in this thread: 🧵 Image
Before we start, SuperAI isn't just any conference, it had:

• 10,000 attendees
• AI experts from around the globe
• 1,500 AI Companies (CEOs + Investors)

In this keynote, I share secrets I used to speedrun growing my X audience with AI (that has my stories + my voice) Image
Tip 1: Invest time into researching viral idea.

Viral ideas combine:

• A well-known concept or figure or entity
• A unique point of view

AI can help identify trending topics efficiently and uncover unique angles automatically.

Here's how:
Tip 2: Deep research is a serious shortcut.

Sure you can use tools like Gemini, Claude or Grok to quickly compile comprehensive research.

But putting the deep research in AI-powered workflows turn this into a repeatable, scalable process.
Tip 3: Master your hook format.

My format for X:

• Shocking sentence
• Add more context
• Twist to one-up the sentence
• Open loop to make them click in

You can also analyze successful creators, then feed their formats into AI to generate similar yet unique structures.
Tip 4: Personal stories cut through noise.

I feed voice notes or text snippets about my experiences into AI.

It generates high-quality threads that sound exactly like me.

Here's me explaining how I do it:
Tip 5: Use a "Tone Style Guide."

Create a detailed style prompt from your own successful posts.

Combine it with existing viral content that is embedded like in OpenAI's Assistant.

I love GPT-4.5, which mimics my voice exceptionally well. Let me know if you want this doc.
Tip 6: High-quality, low-volume first.

Prioritise creating fewer but exceptional content pieces.

Once quality is nailed, use AI-powered workflows to scale volume without losing quality.
Tip 7: Automate strategically.

Don't automate everything - But automate these:
• Topic planning via outlier videos finding
• Deep research
• Content drafting

Use automation to streamline these steps, freeing your time up for you to add even more personal touches.
A bit bout me:
• Former #1 poker player in Singapore (Won $3m)
• Acquired 5 businesses (took one 152x from $2.5k MRR to $380k MRR in 2.5yrs)

I recently decided to take on 2 coaching clients per month to add $1M to their business.

In 2019, I challenged myself to meditate for 1000 hours.

It was hard. I dozed off many times
and nearly gave up on my goal...
But things suddenly got CRAZY.

Without substances, I started
having Out-of-Body Experiences.

Here are 9 lessons for those who want to meditate: Image
1/ There's no “best” meditation

From guided app meditations and Transcendental Meditation...

To sitting in silence and staring at a flame...

Every technique suits different people at different times.

Don’t feel pressured to pick “the best one.”
2/ You’ll feel like you’re failing

Your mind will wander.

You’ll think about food, your to-do list, or random memories.

That’s normal.

Notice the thoughts and gently return to mind stillness.

Today is Singapore's National Day 🇸🇬

I was at Starbucks and saw not ONE but TWO tables like this.

Laptops at the table...

While students went for lunch.

7 more interesting things about Singapore you won't read in the news: Image
0/ Yes - it's not a one-off incident. Lots of students and adults leave their belongings at public spaces.

Easy to appreciate as trivial if you're from Singapore.

Hard to believe if you're from elsewhere.
1/ Cars being insanely expensive is a feature not a bug.

A new Toyota would cost you ~$100k for 10 years. But that means a 10min traffic jam is seen as "really bad".

And taking Grab (Uber alternative) EVERYWHERE, all the time, is under $1,000 per month. Image

7 years ago, I spent $100,000+
to learn from Tony Robbins.

Yes there's a lot of that jumping up and down crap...

But also a ton of wisdom.

Here are 9 of his insights that transformed my life (and will do the same for you): Image
1/ Your life is controlled by 2 invisible forces:

Your STATE and your STORY.

• State = your moment-to-moment emotions
• Story = the meaning you give to events

"Change your story, change your life. But first, master your state. No one makes good decisions in a bad state."
2/ Most people stay broke because they have the wrong money blueprint.

The 3 levels of wealth according to Tony:

• Financial Security ($150K/year)
• Financial Independence ($3-5M net worth)
• Financial Freedom ($10M+ net worth)

First step: Decide which level you're committed to.Image

Wow.

This new Chinese phenomenon is crazy.

Instead of loud protests, Chinese youths are identifying as "mouse people" and quietly carving out hidden worlds.

A thread on China's post-subcultural phenomenon of "autonomous escape" and "active hiding": 🧵 Image
In the West, rebellion is loud - think protests in the '60s and '70s.

But in China, youth are adopting quiet fatalism.

Calling themselves "Mouse People," they're resigned, ironic, and deeply cynical about society. Image
Emerging from a Chinese internet forum translated as "Leftover People Bar"...

These "Mouse People" aren't choosing to opt-out - they feel forced out.

To them, they're trapped at society's bottom rung, hopelessly stuck.

So they choose "autonomous escape" and "active hiding".

As a Singaporean, my country is supposedly high-tech.

But when I scroll Chinese Social Media, I see CRAZY tech that shocks me.

Here are 9 shocking technologies in China's smart cities that made my jaw drop: 🧵 Image
Image
1. Smart Toilets

China's "toiletomics" tech passively analyses your poop & urine in real-time, detecting disease instantly.

Yes - there's even "anus recognition" biometrics for personalised health checks.

I bet @bryan_johnson approves. Image
2. Palm-Scan Payments

If you think phone payment is high-tech, you're what Singaporeans would call:

"suaku" (aka. outdated).

Just wave your palm to pay. Chinese cities have palm recognition tech that authenticates instantly.

I'm Singaporean.

In 1965, my country was forced out of Malaysia.

No army. No resources. No fresh water.

Just a tiny island with 2M people living in poverty.

Then ONE man's vision built the modern world's greatest City-State. Here's the story and 7 lessons worth learning:

🧵 Image
It's a bit hard to believe this...

But in 1965, Lee Kuan Yew said:

"For me, it is a moment of anguish because all my life, you see, the whole of my adult life, I have believed in Malaysian merger and the unity of these two territories."

Watch Lee tear up as he explain:
When we got kicked out of Malaysia

• 70% unemployment
• 85% in slums
• Racial riots everywhere

Everyone said we'd collapse in 2 years.

Even Malaysia thought Lee would beg to get led back in.
