🧵FACT: The WHO vaccinated this year 603,000 children under age 10 in Gaza—more children this age than existed pre-war. UN reports 60,000 births in Gaza in 2024—same as pre-war. These are fatal flaws in the Gaza "massive fatality undercount" studies and "genocide" claims: 1/ Image
How many children under 10 lived in Gaza before the war? Using 10 years of actual birth data from Palestinian Authority we can estimate very closely. They report ~58,000 births/year in Gaza from 2007–2022 so that's about 580,000 children up to age 10. 2/ pcbs.gov.ps/statisticsIndi…Image

And it even increased in 2025 with the latest May 2025 issued UNFPA report showing 55,000 pregnant women in Gaza: 4/ Image

To be clear: Thousands of children have been tragically killed in Gaza, due to Hamas starting a war on 10/7, human shield strategy, refusal to release the hostages & surrender. But recent studies claiming massive casualty undercounts are undermined by WHO's vaccination data. END

🧵Global media reported an IDF strike on “displaced people” at Yemen al-Saeed Hospital in Gaza on Oct. 9, 2024. Israel said it hit a key terrorist command post. Who was telling the truth? Israel. PIJ just admitted commander Mohammed Bahader was killed in the strike. Sources: 1/ Image
This strike was one of those sensationalized strikes where the local “civil defense”—otherwise known as Hamas— told the media that Israel struck innocent displaced people on hospital grounds for no reason. NBC covered it as did other outlets. Israel was not believed at all. 2/ Image
Israel refuted Hamas and "media mouthpieces" and identified the names of 12 terrorists killed—including PIJ commander Muhammad Ibrahim Ali Bahader. That now makes the IDF’s claims about the other 11 FAR more credible. They will ALL be proven soon. 3/

Hamas has released daily video tributes of its lost combatants, mostly commanders. Embedded in the video are names & images of other combatants killed. In the video for Fayez Yousef Fayez Ziada they reveal Khaled al-Namrouti (ID 400765087 age 29) was also a fighter (at 4:49). 2/
Social media posts remember Sami al-Afash (ID 422617878, age 18) as a mujahideen, other posts as a hero martyr. In case there is any doubt, this wording is only reserved for fighters. 3/ Image

🧵The Lemkin Institute is often cited as a leading authority claiming genocide in Gaza. But it has no link to Raphael Lemkin or his family and is just a handful of volunteer activists abusing Lemkin’s name for reputational cover. There is no “consensus” on genocide. Details: 1/ Image
The nonprofit was formed by Elisa von Joeden-Forgey in 2021, granted nonprofit status in 2023. She has a PhD in History, former Chair in Holocaust & Genocide Studies at Keene State College. There are no other genocide scholars. In its latest detailed report it raised $10,300. 2/ Image
Joeden-Fogey admitted that she did not contact any Lemkin family member when starting the group in 2021. Family members specifically say the name is being used “contradictory to what we believe Rafael stood for… it really disparages the name.” 3/ Image

Hashim’s cousin Yaqob al-Barsh was a Hamas combatant (ID 803505668, Age 33) posing as a “journalist” and remains falsely listed by @pressfreedom as a legitimate member of the press. But social media, martyr notices, military videos show Yacoub was a combatant. 3/ Image
