Everyone’s pushing courses on “start a faceless YouTube channel” but 90% skip how to do that on $0 budget in 2025.

I’m giving you the full stack. Learn it. Use it. Print money.

🧵👇
Content Research

→ YouTube (New account). Kill algorithm bias. Hunt top videos in your niche.

→ Study titles, thumbnails, hooks. Steal what works.

→ Find 3–5 channels with 50K–200K subs. Reverse-engineer everything: posting schedule, format, titles, edits, voice tone.
Voiceovers

→ ElevenLabs free tier, one solid voice, tweak cadence and pauses.

→ ClipChamp, free.
Editing

→ CapCut only. Learn cuts, text, transitions.
Music & SFX

pick 2 sources and run

→ YouTube Audio Library “Most Used”

→ Add basic whooshes and hits SFX
Thumbnails

templates + tweak = clicks

→ Canva templates, but swap fonts, colors, focal points.

→ Use Pexels for backgrounds.

→ Ask AI to generate and resize it to thumbnail aspect ratio.
Upload.

There is nothing else to it, no SEO, just uploading after.

The most informative thread you'll get here on YouTube Automation.

Prepare yourself, educate yourself and implement.

🧵👇
1. niche = emotional packaging
not "what topic" but "what feeling hits hardest"

scrape like this:
sort by “past week”
filter for 10K+ views
look for low-sub uploads

reverse engineer vibe, pacing, thumb tension

you're jacking dopamine structure.
2. script ideas = theft + disguise

reddit threads
tiktok comment drama
youtube, retranslated
youtube/X comments

🧵 A breakdown of outlier-based channel building
→ Step 1: Track niches, not channels

Here’s what you do:
– Go to YouTube
– Find a channel in your niche
– Find videos with over 10k views in the past week

You’re looking for anomalies:
→ Low sub count
→ High view count
→ Recent upload

Those are fresh outliers.
Something about them just worked.
→ Step 2: Reconstruct format, not idea

Everyone clones the story. I clone the packaging:
– Title structure
– Cut pacing
– Hook words
– Thumbnail energy

Faceless YouTube Automation: HISTORY Niche (FREE COURSE)

Read this 3x and steal it.

🧵👇
First: mindset.

History ≠ facts.
History = emotion + power + consequences.
Pick your poison:

Not history in general. Go niche-inside-the-niche.

→ Medieval betrayals
→ Ancient warfare
→ Forgotten civilizations
→ Dictators and cults
→ Banned inventions
→ Unsolved historical crimes
→ Empires that fell in a day

One obsession = better binge = faster growth.

Faceless YouTube: true crime edition (FREE COURSE)

Read this twice. Then again tomorrow. Then apply it.

🧵👇
True crime works because it hooks the lizard brain, mystery, fear, survival, betrayal.

It’s primal. It works if you do it right.
Don’t go “true crime” broadly.
You’ll get eaten alive by giants.

Go narrow.

Crimes that happened online
Murderers who were never caught
Kidnappings
Crime timelines with surveillance footage (if you can get them)

Pick one.

Then repeat it 30x like a lunatic.

Faceless YouTube automation (FREE COURSE)

Read this 3x and execute.

🧵👇
The biggest lie is that YouTube rewards “passion” and “authenticity.” Nah. YouTube rewards predictability.

It rewards feeding the algo exactly what it thinks a certain type of person wants at a certain time. You’re not an artist here. Your job is to figure out what gets clicked, what gets watched, and what gets repeated. Then double down.

Every video you make is data, you’re training a recommendation system.
People binge true crime because they’re addicted to “what happened next?”

They binge streamer drama because they want social currency

They binge conspiracies because they don’t trust the world and want patterns that make sense.

There is a psychological satisfaction within each niche.

If I were to give really simplified YouTube automation advice, it would be this.

I want all the beginners who dm me "How do I start?" to just read this instead of asking.
Pick a niche that actually works for faceless. Some don’t.

You want
→ Evergreen (so videos age well)
→ Medium competition (not oversaturated, not dead)
→ A little trend-chasing (so you stay clickable)
Then study what’s already working.
What’s consistently pulling views.
Title format.
Thumbnail layout.
Story pacing.
That’s your base.
