Today, NOTUS published an incredible article wherein it interviewed former and current federal employees all outright admitting to plot a soft coup on President Trump, touting their expertise in color revolutions.

NOTUS is the newly launched flagship publication of Allbritton Journalism Institute (AJI), bankrolled by founder of Politico, Robert Allbriton, who has also been implicated by the Senate on foreign money laundering but never charged.

The article talks about one of the groups involved, DemocracyAID.

I cannot promise to unmask everyone, but I can reveal who's spoken publicly. Patience as I pull together this thread.
The NOTUS article states: there are current and former trained federal officials trained in formenting color revolutions who believe that the United States has become an authoritarian country, and they are applying these same tactics at home in hopes of a "nationwide general strike."

In other words, there are people who are actively employed in the federal government trying to instigate a color revolution.Image
One of these groups has formed an informal affiliation called DemocracyAID. Ro Tucci, who directed USAID Center for Democracy, is a co-founder of DemocracyAID and leading invite-only workshops. Image
She has a low profile, but I was able to find a deleted website linking to this page: Image
Image
Image
anddemocracy appears to partner with Indivisible, who of course was one of the main coordinator groups behind NoKings - and I have screenshotted additional BlueSky profiles for anyone who wishes to follow up: Image
Image
Rosarie Tucci also has an extensive LinkedIn profile where she also links to a group called unify-usa: Image
Image
Image
Image
She actively recruits from her colleagues on LinkedIn to DemocracyAID and recently hosted a webinar where she actively debunked the "myth" of American Exceptionalism and calls the current administration "authoritarianism on steroids": Image
Image
DemocracyAID was also co-founded by Danielle Reiff, who also has an extensive USAID profile. She leads Signal chats with the "community."

Just five days ago, she wrote a LinkedIn post saying "USAID is being born again" in many ways - while quoting a post, Meridian Guild, which appears to be another USAID-adjacent group.Image
Image
Image
Image
I don't have access to this guy's profile, but here are the screenshot captures about the Meridian Guild and the names involved - again, this is allegedly the replacement for USAID: Image
Image
Image
Mark K seems likely to to be Mark Kerr, USAID Paraguay Director. Image
Image
DemocracyAID's instagram is friendsofUSAID. On the page, they promise they aren't going anywhere. Image
Image
Image
Friends of USAID has a separate LinkedIn profile where they boast about a tax deductible link. Why are we giving tax advantaged status to a group whose explicit goal is to stage a color revolution? Image
Ruh-oh. Clicking on the link takes you to this page ... where it says "Good Trouble Project" .
Good Trouble is the theme of the upcoming nationwide protest on July 17th, the NoKings v2.0.
So... does it seem that ex-USAID officials were the masterminds beind all the nationwide protests?
It is looking more and more likely.Image
Image
Image
Friends of USAID also has a Substack which is mostly anonymous, but does feature a few named people. In it, they reaffirm to not to go down without a fight: Image
Image
Danielle Reiff, cofounder of DemocracyAID, also runs a "Peacebuilders Unite" page. Within it, she compares herself to figures such as Rosa Parks. Image
Image
Image
Remember the photo of Ro Tucci I posted earlier speaking at a conference?

Well, guess who was the featured speaker there. None other than Adam Kinzinger. Image
Image
Many of the sponsors will be familiar - and it seems Norm Eisen was a speaker as well. There are many interesting names - you can see them at . americandemocracysummit.orgImage
Image
I will end the thread here - the purpose of the thread was to give anyone a start into investigating who is attempting color revolutions in the United States.

Overall, the Trump administration needs to keep an eye on all those fired USAID officials. Many are scattering to various NGOs. They are promoting all those protests, although I don't know if it's accurate to say that they are "behind" the protests.

They say they do not intend to go quietly and they believe that Trump is an existential threat. I say we believe them.

๐ŸงตDC JURY POOL THREAD: DC students can't read. But they can convict.

DC spends more per student than anywhere in America, $31,629/year.

Most kids can't read at grade level.

But DCPS found the time to make progressive activist training mandatory for every student, grades 6-12.

Those students become DC jurors. Full receipts below.

As always, patience as I pull together the thread. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
Image
DC is where federal cases against political figures are tried. All 1,400+ January 6 prosecutions. Stone. Bannon. Navarro. Trump's own federal indictment.

The jury pool draws ONLY from DC residents. Image
Image
Image
DC voted 92.1% for Biden in 2020. 5.4% for Trump.

The DC Circuit ruled in 2024 (US v. Webster) that this political composition does not make DC juries unfair.

That case effectively foreclosed ALL venue challenges for Jan 6 and politically sensitive federal cases. Image

๐Ÿงต THREAD: How mass immigration came to Japan's shores

๐• saw a lovely cultural exchange between Americans and Japanese this past week, which got me wondering how and why Muslims came to Japan... so I spent the weekend looking into it.

Japan went from officially having "no immigration policy" to a formal system with a cap of 820,000 foreign workers. Japan's Muslim population has gone from ~110,000 (2010) to ~420,000 (end of 2024). There are now 149 mosques.

The bill that created this was passed at 4:00 AM in December 2018. The opposition called it a "carte blanche." Deliberations were compressed. It passed anyway.

What I found:
๐Ÿ”น Three consecutive foreign ministers trained at American universities.
๐Ÿ”น A foundation run by a Trilateral Commission member and a former US intelligence chief.
๐Ÿ”น A $69 million fellowship network seeding 69 universities in 44 countries.
๐Ÿ”น A UN framework signed the same month as the 4 AM vote.
๐Ÿ”น Sixteen bilateral labor agreements managed through a single coordinating body.
๐Ÿ”น A Japan-specific immigration program drafted by a Japanese national while he was interning inside the US Senate.

In July 2025, a party that didn't exist before COVID won 14 seats and finished third in the popular vote. By February 2026, the LDP won its biggest parliamentary majority since 1955, running on tighter immigration.

Unfortunately, Americans and Japanese have more in common beyond love of BBQ. They have the mass migration problem in common. Receipts below. ๐Ÿ‘‡

As always, patience as I pull together the thread.Image

Japan's Muslim population:

2010: ~110,000
2024: ~420,000

Nearly 4x in 14 years.

Mosques: 4 in 1980. 149 as of 2024.

This is not organic. Someone built a pipeline. Image
Image
The Specified Skilled Worker program. SSW.

Original cap (2019): 345,000 workers.
New cap (March 2024): 820,000 workers.

The law that created SSW passed at **4:00 AM** on December 8, 2018.

The opposition called it a "carte blanche." Deliberations were rushed. Image

๐ŸงตTHREAD, NO KINGS IN THE SENATE?: The Helsinki Commission, the almighty foreign democracy operations arm of Congress

The No Kings crowd marched today against the one branch of government where you can actually see who's in charge. They should try the Senate.

At 3 AM on Friday, Thune passed a funding bill by voice vote. Funded everything except immigration enforcement. Just completely gave into the Democratic demands.

Inside that Senate sits a body called the Helsinki Commission. No FOIA. No Inspector General. No records retention policy. It operates in permanent darkness, and what's hiding in there makes the 3 AM vote look transparent.

Look at the two images below.
Left: the booking photo.
Right: the knife Capitol Police seized.

A Helsinki Commission staffer drew this on a Capitol Police officer. March 8, 2019. He was arrested and booked. He was never fired. He was also photographed in Ukrainian military camo at a command post near Bakhmut. Investigators documented $87,400 in cash.

Both parties buried it. The Ryan Routh assassination attempt connection sits in plain sight. The same NGO network running today's color revolution marches connects to the same Helsinki Commission infrastructure.

Receipts below.

As always, patience as I pull together the post. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

This thread draws heavily from @shellenberger 's explosive Substack below: public.news/p/compromised-โ€ฆ
@shellenberger This photo shows Parker at a Ukrainian military command post near Bakhmut, wearing Ukrainian camo, studying operational maps. According to the investigation, he made 7+ trips to the war zone. I could find no evidence these trips were formally authorized by Congress. Image

๐Ÿงต๐Ÿšจ MAJOR BREAKING: A $15+ MILLION DOE contractor and NoKings protest organizer with active nuclear security contracts is on camera recommending a color revolution "how-to" ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ

His name is Steven A. Cash. Former CIA officer (Balkans, Clinton era). Under Biden: Senior Advisor to the Undersecretary at DHS Intelligence & Analysis.

The day after Trump's 2016 election, Cash co-founded "The Steady State" โ€” a network of more than 340 former intelligence community officials who decided Trump was an "existential threat".

When Biden won, the threat was gone. Cash went into Biden's DHS. His own words: "we disappeared."

Then Trump won again. "Suddenly the existential threat was back." The Steady State reactivated and is now a planning partner with NoKings. In the clip below, their meeting recommends "Bringing Down a Dictator" โ€” the Otpor documentary about toppling Miloลกeviฤ‡ โ€” as "a how-to."

Meanwhile, Cash's company Deck Prism LLC holds $15+ million in Department of Energy contracts. Almost every one: sole-source or non-competed. One is for the National Nuclear Security Administration โ€” our nuclear weapons program โ€” justified because "disclosure would compromise national security."

His FEC records: 20+ donations over 20 years. 100% Democratic. Zero Republican. Including $1,001 to Kamala Harris on August 4, 2024, while his NNSA nuclear contract was active.

I have the USAspending receipts, the FEC filings, and him on camera twice.

As always, patience as I pull together the thread. ๐Ÿ‘‡
Before proceeding with this thread, please follow @listen_2learn , who tried to expose Cash earlier. Thanks to my new co-visiting fellow with @ItsYourGov , @JeffClarkUS , for help in researching.
@listen_2learn @ItsYourGov @JeffClarkUS Cash in his own words. Listen carefully.

"Pretty much the day after the election of Donald Trump."

"It really wasn't a political thing."

"Joe Biden wins. Existential threat gone." ... "We basically disappeared."

Then he went into Biden's DHS.

๐Ÿงต๐Ÿšจ MAJOR BREAKING: THE 4-DAY MIRACLE, or How MWEG and a 500-Org Coalition Weaponized Charlie Kirk's Assassination ๐Ÿšจ

1,400 people. 20+ organizations. 3 professionally moderated panels. 4 days after an assassination. Does this sound organic to you?

September 14, 2025 (a Sunday, no less) the "Dignity Over Violence" zoom goes live. The coalition's central resource was a website called turntoward[.]us registered by Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG) ONE DAY after Charlie Kirk was shot dead at UVU. Registrant email: internal.support@mweg.org

"Turn Toward." Now say "Turning Point." Did they name the campaign after the dead man's organization to advance their own political agenda?

I'm going to reverse-engineer how you mobilize 20 NGOs in 4 days... because you CAN'T. Not unless the infrastructure was already built.

I dare you, @mormonweg , to explain how these receipts are "absolutely false."

As always, patience as I pull together the thread. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
STEP 1: You need a pre-existing ACTIVATION LIST. A searchable database of organizations ready to mobilize on command.

The #ListenFirst Coalition has existed since 2017. 500+ organizations. Backbone staff. Working groups. A "Marketing Intelligence Hub." A "Storytelling & Media Relations Hub." Congressional testimony pipeline. Coordinated media with WSJ, WaPo, PBS.Image
This is the same Listen First project that was described here:

Mormon Women for Ethical Government (@mormonweg) is quite upset that I dedicated a presentation to them to a Utahn Republican Women's group. They called it "absolutely false."

I don't know what they are alleging is false, like Bill Kristol is among their biggest donors (as @labtechleigh found), or that their co-executive director Jen Thomas represents MWEG in a meeting series as part of a fractal ecosystem to transform America's governance.

But in the spirit of last year's thread on @CODEPINK , I will do a 100% factual, zero opinion, receipt-based thread on MWEG to clear the air. As MWEG said - "be kind, but be direct."

๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•Image
@mormonweg FACT: MWEG reported a jump from 437K to 1.3M in one year from grants. Image
@mormonweg FACT: Bill Kristol's Group, Defending Democracy Together Institute, is a large donor at 150K for at least 2 years going. What relationship does Kristol have to LDS women? Image
