Autism rates are EXPLODING!
In 1980, 1 in 10,000 kids had autism.
Today, it’s 1 in 36.

That’s a 27,000% increase!

We’re told it’s a mystery—mostly genetic, no known cause.

But is there a connection between autism & vaccines?

Let’s take a closer, evidence-based look:

THREAD🧵 Image
According to leading medical authorities, the cause of autism remains unknown.

It’s widely considered to be genetic—possibly environmental.

But one explanation is consistently dismissed: vaccines.

Meanwhile, autism rates have surged—and nobody seems to want to talk about why.
In 1980: 1 in 10,000 kids had autism.
By 2023 that number had risen to 1 in 36.

During the same period, the childhood vaccine schedule expanded dramatically:
• From 12 to 49 doses by age 6
• Aluminum: from 250 mcg to 5000 mcg

Yet any link is considered off-limits to question. Image
Why aluminum mattress?

Vaccines contain adjuvants to stimulate an immune response.
The most common one? Aluminum.

Aluminum is a documented neurotoxin, associated with impaired memory, concentration, and speech.

So why is it still used in such high amounts in children?
Neurologists like Dr. Coimbra have found that children with autism often show:
• Chronic brain inflammation
• Elevated autoimmune activity

Aluminum from vaccines doesn’t remain at the injection site—it crosses the blood-brain barrier via immune cells after repeated exposure. Image
Most vaccine safety studies use aluminum-containing placebos.

This means both the test and control groups receive aluminum—invalidating the ability to measure its effects.

It’s a design flaw that limits scientific clarity.

So what happens in places with little to no vaccines?
Countries with less aggressive vaccine schedules don’t show the same rise in autism.

In largely unvaccinated Amish communities, autism rates remain exceptionally low.

Correlation isn’t causation—but it raises questions worth exploring.

What about genetics?
Genetics do play a role. Certain gene variants increase a child’s susceptibility to autism.

But when combined with immune challenges like aluminum exposure, it may create the “perfect storm.”

Testing for genetic sensitivity before vaccinating could make a huge difference.
Is there a way to reduce the risk?

Neurologist Dr. Cicero Coimbra has treated autism since 2014. His protocol begins with:

1/ Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU)

It helps calm an overactive immune system and reduce brain inflammation—both common in autism.

There’s more… Image
2/ Propolis

A bee-derived compound that has strong anti-inflammatory effects, it helps reduce brain inflammation & balance immune activity.

3/ Oral Silica (MMST)

This form of silica binds to aluminum in the body, & helps flush it out through the kidneys—lowering toxic buildup.
4/ Magnesium Glycinate

A highly absorbable form of magnesium that helps calms the nervous system and reduces hyperactivity—often seen in children with autism.

Dr. Coimbra has used this full protocol in clinical cases—and the results are remarkable…
A clinical case study:

A 17-year-old girl diagnosed with depression at age 4 had significant vaccine exposure early in life.

She was treated with oral silica.

After one year:
• 85% symptom reduction
• Psychiatric medications tapered
• No longer needed antidepressants
So what’s really going on?

Is autism purely genetic?
Is it normal?
Is there truly nothing we can do?

Or…

Could environmental toxicity—especially aluminum—be triggering autism in children with vulnerable immune systems?
This thread is not a conclusive answer—it’s an invitation to examine what’s being overlooked.

We shouldn’t treat questions as threats, but as the path to better science and outcomes.

This is why you’re always TIRED…

Most people don’t know what’s really draining their energy.

Here are 7 causes, and how to fix them: 🧵 Image
1/ Poor sleep quality

Getting 7–8 hours doesn’t mean you’re well-rested.
What really matters is deep, restorative sleep.

What ruins it:
• Eating too late
• Alcohol
• Overtraining (raises adrenaline)
• Eating chocolate late in the day

So how do we fix it?
How to fix poor sleep quality:

• Stop eating 3+ hours before bed
• Avoid alcohol and stimulants at night
• Take magnesium glycinate to relax
• Add vitamin B1 if stressed or eating lots of carbs

Bonus:
Morning sunlight (6–8:30 a.m.) resets your body clock and improves sleep. Image

“Grass-fed” beef is a SCAM…

Don’t trust the label. There’s a massive loophole behind it.

Let’s break it down: 🧵 Image
In 2016, the USDA dropped its official definition of “grass-fed.”

Since then, companies can use the label even if the cow spent its final 3 to 6 months eating grains, GMO byproducts, and synthetic additives.

Most people have no idea.

Why does this matter?
This is important because the final stage of a cow’s life has the biggest impact on your health.

In the last 3–6 months, cows are moved to feedlots and fattened fast.

They’re fed DDGS—a cheap industrial byproduct from ethanol production.

It’s not food. It’s waste.

Most people think cholesterol causes heart disease.
But that’s not the full story.

Dr. Philip Ovadia, a heart surgeon & friend of mine, told me he sees a different issue in nearly every operation.

It’s not cholesterol—it’s something far more overlooked.

Let’s break it down: 🧵 Image
The hidden cause behind heart disease is a dangerous fat that surrounds your heart.

It’s called epicardial fat.

Unlike the fat under your skin, this type sits deep—wrapped around your heart and coronary arteries.

And it’s not passive.
It’s actively damaging your heart.

How?
Epicardial fat is metabolically active.

It releases inflammatory compounds that directly impact heart tissue and blood vessels.

Due to its location, the damage is both localized and immediate.

But what leads to the accumulation of this fat in the first place?

What if just 14 days of cold showers could transform your body & brain—at zero cost?

Some say it’s amazing for your health & energy. Others think it’s useless—or even bad for you. So what’s really true?

Let’s break down the science, starting with the first big effect. 🧵 Image
1/ Stronger Immune System.

We’re told, “You’ll get sick if you’re out in the cold.” But cold itself doesn’t cause illness—viruses do.

Studies show brief cold exposure can boost white blood cells that fight infections.

So regular cold showers may strengthen your defenses.
2/ Mood & Mental Sharpness

Cold exposure triggers noradrenaline—a brain chemical that improves alertness, focus, and mood.

Low levels = brain fog and anxiety.

A cold shower gives your mind a natural boost to feel clear, energized, and emotionally balanced.

You’ve heard about the powerful benefits of castor oil.

For over 4000 years, it’s been used to heal skin, regrow hair, relieve pain, and support the liver.

But most people never unlock its full potential.

Here’s how to 10x its healing power:

THREAD 🧵 Image
Most people try castor oil once or twice and give up.

But with consistent use, it may help with:

• Wrinkles and dark spots
• Hair growth and dry scalp
• Joint pain and inflammation
• Liver function and detoxification
• Immune system support

So what makes it so effective?
Castor oil contains a rare compound called ricinoleic acid, which is not found in any other plant.

This gives it powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and deep-penetrating effects.

But most people sabotage their results by using the wrong type. Image

These 8 everyday ingredients are quietly poisoning millions.

They’re banned in Europe, but still allowed in U.S. foods.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is fighting to ban the worst offenders.

Here’s what they are, and how to protect yourself:

THREAD 🧵 Image
1/ Food Dyes

Artificial food colors add nothing of nutritional value.

They’ve been linked to ADHD symptoms, allergic reactions, and cancer in some animal studies.

These dyes were once banned, but regulatory loopholes quietly brought them back in 1996. Image
2/ Junk in SNAP

Soda, chips, & high-fructose snacks are all eligible for food stamps.

RFK Jr. is fighting to change that by limiting junk food purchases under the SNAP program.

Why? Because taxpayers are paying twice—first for the food, then for the health problems it causes.
