After reading this, you will understand why Ghislaine Maxwell wants to speak because she knows the young girls who accepted this compensation agreed not to sue her. There is no risk to her if she is untruthful.
1)
Jeffrey Epstein was a Democrat and the people who attended his parties were Democrats. I am willing to bet the problem FBI Director Kash Patel has and Attorney General Pam Bondi has is evidentiary.
2)
Some evidence has chain of custody issues which makes it unreliable and it is likely during the four years of the Biden Administration evidence was destroyed to protect the Democrats involved.
3)
We do have the precedent of Hillary Clinton's use of BleachBit to delete emails from her private server knowing there was an FBI investigation into her handling of classified information during her tenure as Secretary of State (2009–2013).
3)
Also, we saw no charges brought against her for this strict liability crime because James Comey read intent into the statute and the Department of Justice under Attorney General Loretta Lynch chose not to pursue it.
4)
We also know Jeffrey Epstein was very close to the Clintons. He helped create the Clinton Foundation (specifically the Clinton Global Initiative, or CGI, which became part of the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation).
5)
We learned this when his lawyers Alan Dershowitz and Gerald Lefcourt, created a 23-page letter dated July 6, 2007, for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida.
6)
The letter was part of plea negotiations to mitigate Epstein’s image before his 2008 sentencing for soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. It stated that Epstein was “part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative,”
7)
described as a project to address global challenges like poverty, climate change, global health, and religious/ethnic conflicts. The claim was intended to highlight Epstein’s philanthropy and ties to prominent figures like former President Bill Clinton.
8)
In addition, former President Bill Clinton is documented to have flown on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane, known as the "Lolita Express," 26 times between 2001 and 2003. This information comes from flight logs reviewed by multiple sources,
9)
including Gawker in 2015 and Fox News in 2016, as well as Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 defamation lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, where the logs were entered as exhibits. The flights were often in connection with Clinton’s work with the Clinton Foundation, and
10)
destinations included stops in Africa, Asia, Europe, and elsewhere. While some reports, like those from the Daily Mail, note up to 27 trips, the most consistently cited figure across sources is 26.
11)
Interestingly, according to flight logs and reports, at least five of these flights did not have his Secret Service detail present. These details come from sources like Fox News (2016) and Roll Call (2016), which reviewed the flight logs,
12)
noting specific instances, including a 2002 trip to Asia, where Secret Service agents were not listed. One additional flight on November 9, 2003, from Hong Kong to Sichuan Province, China, may also have lacked Secret Service,
13)
but the log entry was partially illegible, making it less certain.

In addition, Jeffrey Epstein, through his C.O.U.Q. Foundation, donated $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation in July 2006. This information is based on tax filings reported by sources like the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in 2015.
16)
Also, Jeffrey Epstein visited the White House during Bill Clinton’s presidency at least 17 times between 1993 and 1995, according to visitor logs obtained by the Daily Mail and reported by outlets like The Daily Beast and National Review.
17)
These visits occurred on 14 separate days, with Epstein making two visits in a single day on three occasions. Most visits were to the West Wing, and he was often accompanied by women, including Ghislaine Maxwell,
18)
with some visits linked to a $10,000 donation to the White House Historical Association in 1993.

Although we don't know all the events Jeffrey Epstein attended with the Clintons, these stand out.

1. 1995 Political Fundraiser Dinner: Epstein attended a small political fundraiser dinner for Bill Clinton in 1995, organized by Paul Prosperi, with 14 other attendees,
22)
including Ron Perelman, Don Johnson, and Jimmy Buffett. There is no confirmation that Hillary Clinton was present at this event.
23)
2. 2003 Dinner Party in Clinton's Honor: New York magazine reported that Epstein hosted a dinner party in 2003 at his Manhattan residence to honor Bill Clinton, though Clinton did not attend.
24)
Donald Trump and other notable figures were present, but there is no mention of Hillary Clinton attending

4. Epstein and the Clintons moved in similar elite social circles, so it’s possible they crossed paths at unpublicized events (e.g., fundraisers or dinners)
27)
Thus, I do not blame President Trump for expressing righteous indignation.
He has been wrongfully smeared and falsely accused of crimes and sick behaviors Democrats have engaged in. It is why he called it another Democrat hoax.

Jeffrey Epstein was banned from Mar-a-Lago in October 2007, according to membership records cited in the 2020 book The Grifter’s Club. Multiple sources, including CNBC and The Independent, confirm this timeline,
29)
noting his account was closed with the notation “Account closed 10/07,” distinct from typical resignations. The primary reason for Epstein’s banishment was his inappropriate behavior toward the teenage daughter of a Mar-a-Lago member.
30)
According to The Grifter’s Club, co-authored by Miami Herald investigative reporter Sarah Blaskey, a club member reported that Epstein harassed the underage daughter, an act deemed damaging to the Trump brand, prompting Trump to expel him.

More to the point, Brad Edwards, an attorney representing several of Epstein’s alleged victims, contacted Donald Trump in 2009 seeking information about Epstein. According to Edwards, in an interview cited by The Washington Post,
34)
Trump was the only high-profile individual who willingly cooperated. Edwards stated that Trump “picked up the phone and said: ‘Let’s just talk. I’ll give you as much time as you want.’”
35)
Trump provided assistance by sharing information relevant to the investigation, though specific details of what he shared are not publicly detailed. This cooperation is noted in sources like CNBC,
36)
which emphasize Trump’s unique willingness to assist compared to others contacted by Edwards. Most importantly, there is no evidence in the provided sources that Trump was implicated in Epstein’s criminal activities.

Most importantly, President Trump knows the majority of victims have received compensation or chose to sue. The real world issue with filing lawsuits is that it eats into the funds used to compensate the victims so less money is available to them.
39)
Also, some property was held in trust and the trust had to be voided first.

The Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program was established by Jeffrey Epstein’s estate after his death in August 2019 to compensate survivors of his sexual abuse.
40)
The fund aimed to provide a confidential, non-adversarial alternative to litigation, allowing victims to seek restitution without public court proceedings. It was administered by Jordana Feldman, who had prior experience with the 9/11 victims’ compensation fund, and
41)
was modeled after similar programs, such as those for 9/11 victims and Catholic clergy abuse survivors.
42)
Applications Received:
The program received approximately 225 applications from alleged victims from the United States and abroad, which was more than double the initial expectation of around 100 claims.
43)
Victims Compensated:
Out of the applicants, about 150 were deemed eligible for compensation. Of those, approximately 138 to 150 victims accepted the offers, with more than 92% of eligible claimants accepting the proposed awards. Around 75 claims were rejected,
44)
though specific reasons for ineligibility were not disclosed beyond not aligning with known information or program criteria. Some victims chose to pursue civil litigation instead of accepting the fund’s offers.
45)
Amount Paid Out:
The fund paid out between $121 million and $125 million to approximately 135 to 150 victims. The average payout per victim was around $800,000, with individual awards ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to over a million,
46)
depending on factors like the nature, duration, and extent of the abuse, the victim’s age, and the credibility of the claim. The estate, initially valued at around $600 million (with estimates ranging from $578 million to $650 million),
47)
funded the program through the sale of Epstein’s assets, such as his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach properties. By mid-2021, the estate’s value had diminished to approximately $190 million to $240 million due to payouts, legal fees, taxes, and property upkeep.
48)
The program began in June 2020 and concluded by August 2021, just before the second anniversary of Epstein’s death. It faced challenges, including a temporary pause in payouts in February 2021 due to liquidity issues as the estate struggled to sell illiquid assets...
49)
like properties and aircraft. Some victims and their lawyers expressed dissatisfaction, noting that the fund’s payouts were lower than expected for some, and the requirement to sign broad releases prevented further claims against the estate or Epstein’s associates,
50)
such as Ghislaine Maxwell. Despite these concerns, the fund was largely seen as a successful mechanism for providing quicker compensation compared to prolonged litigation.
51)
We also must remember that going through a trial can be very hard on victims of sexual abuse who must retell what they experienced and that can be retraumatizing. It is why I believe so many applied to the fund.
52)
Jordana Feldman who administered the fund was a lawyer who also worked on the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. She sees these kinds of programd are as much about validation as compensation.
53)
See. ABC News: Jeffrey Epstein victims program shutting down with $121 million paid to abuse survivors
The program received approximately 225 applications from alleged victims.
54)
"Had all of those cases been litigated, clearly it would have exhausted significant funds from the estate, leaving less for victims," said Brad Edwards, a Florida lawyer who guided more than 50 of his clients through the claims process.
55)
"For the most part, I think that it was successful. It was definitely worthwhile for everybody to participate, even those that ultimately rejected the determination.
56)
Those who accepted the compensation offers were required to sign broad releases foreclosing their ability to bring any further claims against the Epstein estate or any of his former companies or employees, including those alleged to have conspired with Epstein.
57)
In at least three instances, women who filed lawsuits against Epstein's alleged accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, were required to drop their civil claims against her as a condition of receiving compensation from the program, according to court records."
...
58)
Among the handful of applicants who rejected offers from the program is an Edwards client who sued the Epstein estate in 2019 under the pseudonym Priscilla Doe. After turning down the compensation award,
59)
Doe opted to resume her civil lawsuit against the estate and a cluster of Epstein's corporate entities she alleges were complicit in Epstein's sex trafficking.
60)
"There were options. You could take it or leave it. And some chose to reject the offer and move forward," said Edwards, who estimated that eight to 10 of his clients declined the proposed awards.

Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert was reportedly losing about $40 million per year, largely due to skyrocketing production costs and declining ad revenue — despite strong ratings--2.42 million viewers in his time slot.
1)
The show reportedly cost over $100 million annually to produce, including a $15–$20 million salary for Colbert, a 200-person staff, live band, studio, and other expenses
2)
CBS executives cited steep production costs and no clear path to turning a profit, even as the show remained the top-rated late‑night program in its time slot, drawing around 2.42 million viewers per episode in early 2025
