Do your best to avoid chemical toxins in your foods and on your skin:

• Refined sugar

3. Move around a lot at a slow pace

2-5 hours of weekly low-level aerobic activity is the best way to burn excess fat and regulate blood sugar levels.

Walking, hiking, yoga, swimming, gardening.

• Twisting

Perform it 2-3x a week for 30-45 min.
8. Get adequate sunlight

Modern advice is to avoid the sun at all costs because it burns us.

The problem?

9. Avoid stupid mistakes

Do your best to eliminate self-destructive behaviors by:

• Wearing seat belts
• Not smoking or taking drugs
• Not diving into shallow water

10. Use your brain
