(thread) This is the ONLY post you need to make sure you win on youtube🧵
First, let’s talk about the stress of being broke and reading on X about how much money people are making off of YouTube, you saw it, you want it to be you and so now you’re here.

Understandably, you are stressed out.

Get yourself a cup of coffee and sit down
You need to start where everyone else also started, from the bottom.

So let me walk you through the steps you can take right now.

1. Relax
2. Open YouTube, your personal one
3. Don’t look for entertainment
4. Look for channels that are making money
5. Look at their video formats
6. Note everything down, from thumbnails to titles to video format to script structure

That was just your research phase

Now you gotta find a niche that is making money, validate the niche (already have so many posts about it)

Next most important step is to THINK

Think about how you can incorporate your notes into the niche you are trying

Think about your system, is it going to be only you or will you hire someone?
If it’s only you, it’s gonna be more time consuming, ofcourse it is.

If you hire from the start, you might walk yourself straight to loss.

So think about it.
Now understand that your first videos are NOT gonna make you money.

Yeah sucks but there’s a light at the end of that tunnel, only if you are persistent with it.

Get your system down to the T so you dont get too demotivated seeing 0 rewards
Make your channel, make your videos and upload.

upload

upload

upload

and repeat the cycle
Sometimes this shit is not fair, there’s so much you need to look out for when starting out or even when you get a channel monetized (best time to invest in a course)

You now have seen that it works and now you need to maximize your profit

and people who are already doing it will help you with it 10x faster than you learning it on your own
These things are rarely ever talked about, most of my own info is very technical and not so much to do with the mental of it all

So here you go

You don’t need to be creative.
You need to be ruthlessly unoriginal.

Here’s how to steal video formats, remix them, and print views.

The faceless channel theft guide🧵
Open YouTube. Pick your niche.

Now do this:
→ Sort by “Most Popular”
→ Filter by “This Month”
→ Watch the top 10 videos
→ Write down titles, thumbnails, structure, vibe

You don’t need to guess what works. It’s right in front of you.
Topic = "How to grow on YouTube"
Format = breakdown + narrator + b-roll + retention hacks

Don’t steal titles.
Steal structure.

Example:
SunnyV2 format = narration + timeline + controversy
True crime = 5W1H layout + climax + resolution, etc etc

The content changes but the engine doesn’t.

Everyone and their nephews are starting YouTube Automation

So wtf is it?
How does it actually work?
Can you do it?

Buckle in, I’m breaking it all down. From how it works → to how to scale → to why most people screw it up. 🧵
So what is YouTube Automation?

Simple version:

You run a YouTube channel like a business.

→ You don’t film yourself
→ You don’t use your voice
→ You don’t edit videos (long run)
→ You hire VAs

You outsource everything.

You pick the topic.
You build the system.
You review the final product.

You’re the operator, not the talent.
What kind of videos are we talking about?
There are 3 dominant styles:

→ Documentary-style (true crime, history, AI, drama)

→ Listicles / Commentary (top 10s, breakdowns, reddit)

→ Explainers / Tutorials (how stuff works, storytelling)

The content has to be bingeable.

You need a hook + story + format.

(MEGA THREAD) Brutal truths about YouTube Automation nobody wants to say out loud (but they should)

This will save you months of wasted effort.

Bookmark it. Screenshot it. Frame it🧵👇
1. Niche paralysis is a fake problem.

Everyone’s trying to find the “perfect” niche like it’s a soulmate.

It’s not.

It’s a test dummy.

Criteria:
– Channel < 90 days old
– Pulling 300K+ views/mo
– More views than subs = 🔥
– Path to $5K/mo exists

That’s it.
Not deep.
Stop stalling.
2. Multi-language = multi-stream income.

You made a banger in English? Now dub it.
Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Arabic.

Same video. Same effort.
Whole new check.

“But I don’t speak Portuguese.”
You don’t need to. AI does.

We all know how important context is, that's your entire video

But what are context clues? It's your packaging

Let me explain 🧵
people don’t watch videos
they click on expectations

your thumbnail
your title
your first 10 seconds
= all context clues

they tell me:
→ what vibe this is
→ how much energy it’s gonna take to watch
→ what I might feel at the end
→ and if it’s worth interrupting my brain loop for

Don't go mid on these clues
example:

title:
"The rise and fall of this YouTuber will shock you"

thumb:
blurred mugshot, big red arrow, “DISAPPEARED” in all caps

you’ve told me everything I need
and nothing at all

context = set
curiosity = lit
click = earned

that’s a good clue

The real reason your faceless channel isn’t growing (even though you’re posting consistently) 🧵
Your videos don’t get clicked
The ones that get clicked don’t get watched
The ones that get watched don’t get watched till the end

And you’re out here like “but I’ve been consistent 😔”
Attention is THE currency and you fail to get anyone's attention.

Your ideation is shit, your content topic might seem dope to you but is there an actual demand for it?

You CAN'T make videos you WANT to make.

This is hurting you more than you think.

A real-ass FREE course on Faceless YouTube Automation (for people who actually wanna win)

just the gritty shit nobody breaks down
👇🧵
The game is in:

Format theft (yes, theft)
scripting
packaging like a mad scientist
and plugging it all into a machine that runs without you

If you don’t build a machine, you’re just a freelancer with dreams.
Everyone’s looking for “unsaturated niches.”

Wrong question.

What behavior does the algorithm already reward that I can hijack?

People binge courtroom drama? Package it.

People sleep to whisper stories? Clone it.

People scroll streamer beef at 2AM? Frame it.

etc

Some niches aren’t as sexy as these and they work too

Follow the loop behavior.
