“Long Covid *may* have surpassed asthma as the most common chronic health condition in children” in 2025….lets let that sink in for a moment……we’ve had FIVE YEARS to put in public health measures to protect our kids like clean air in schools and we’ve STILL NOT DONE it…..1/
2/…..no - officials claiming “we couldn’t possibly have foreseen this” do NOT get a free pass…..because this was foreseen and entirely predictable….and we raised these concerns back in 2022……..2/

5/why are we still stuck with no IPC in schools (see DoE advert) & poor ventilation which enables airborne viruses like Covid to spread in classrooms? -this CO2 reading was taken from my children’s school - over 5x the upper safe limit recommended by ASHRAE

@UKHSA So no more severe than the previous variants that have caused ~ 28 MILLION deaths in the post acute period and disabled an estimated 400 MILLION- phew 😅…..that’s reassuring - so I’m guessing Public Health are going to continue to fail to protect Public heath & just sit back 1/
@UKHSA 2/and watch thousands more become disabled during this COVID wave? So no plans to offer the public helpful PH messaging then? Or warn them of the risks?

I’m so upset. I’ve speaking out publicly about this for years trying to warn everyone of the CVS risks from SARS2. Trying to get PH to listen and act to reduce this risk by reducing Sars2 transmission & reinfections 1/2
