You uploaded a banger.

Or so you thought.

It flopped. Again.

You opened analytics. CTR low. AVD mid. RPM doesn’t even matter at this point.

Now you’re sitting there wondering if you’re just not cut out for this shit.

1. Thumbnail sucks.

→ Too zoomed in
→ Too vague
→ No tension
→ No curiosity gap

If I can’t tell what the video is in under a second, I scroll.

No emotional pull? No click.

Thumbnail is half the battle. Study what’s working today, not last year.

2. Title has no tension.

Nobody owes you a click.

Write your title
→ Make it feel like a story
→ Leave something unsaid
→ Push a feeling: curiosity, FOMO, WTF

3. Your intro kills retention.
And you don’t even realize it.

First 3 seconds are make or break.
That’s all you get.

No intro sequence. No "hey guys."
Cut to the action.

Drop the punchline early. Then explain it.

Your viewers need a reason to stay, not just a vibe.

4. Your niche is too broad.

You picked “personal development” or “tech” or “make money online.

But no one gives a shit about your take on it yet.
You’re in a stadium. You’re whispering.

Niche down till it hurts.
Find your one micro-topic.
Own it.
Then build out from there.

5. Your idea was weak from the start.

Most people fail before they even upload.

You cannot out-edit a bad idea.

Let me say that again:
You CANNOT out-edit a bad idea.

Good production + bad idea = flop
Bad production + good idea = still might win

Study viral formats.
Steal structure.
Tweak the angle.
Then execute.

The algo doesn’t do favors for mid content.

You're asking for distribution but you're not giving it something worth pushing.
