This is what @TheACNA does to whistleblowers: it shames them for speaking, as if they had just Gone Through The Proper Channels, this could have all been sorted.

On July 22, Archdeacon Job Serebrov was announced as the new Provincial Prosecutor, prompting the people who had bothered to Google him to point out that he had undisclosed ties to a Greenhouse institution & the Rev. Stephen Gauthier, a Ruch loyalist. religionnews.com/2025/07/24/new…

A day later, the President of the Provincial Court, the President of the Trial for the Court by Bishop, The Rt. Rev. David Bryan, released this statement, dismissing Runyan's claims. anglicanchurch.net/wp-content/upl…

This was followed by Ruch loyalist & newly elected member of @The_ACNA Executive Committee, Barbara Gauthier (wife of the aforementioned Stephen Gauthier) to publish a dignified screed (as always, befitting to her office) against Runyan on July 24th.

@The_ACNA Today, Deputy Prosecutor Rachel Thebeau blew the whistle after being terminated by the Provincial staff implicated in leaking sensitive documents to the trial judge (may her wrongful termination suit be blessed).

@The_ACNA I regret to inform you, dear reader, that our heroine of the day, Rachel Thebeau, was herself a PRT member & implicated in the allegations of misconduct made by the 3 experts who resigned from the PRT.

She is a complicated figure, but I am very much rooting for 2025 Rachel.

@The_ACNA After the PRT resignations, the other members released this later, complaining that if only the hysterical lady libs had shared their complaints. They had, which is a bit on the nose in light of Ms. Thebeau's rebuttal of the claim that Runyan hadn't objected before resigning.

That was the moment when the people in the pews said "Wait a minute! We are paying the salaries of these people & they are behaving so badly that 3 professionals whistleblew! We demand answers!"

@The_ACNA There has never been an independent investigation of the allegations of misconduct made by the only 3 experts on the team who had any claim to being competent to guide decisions on the PRT.

It's been 3.5 years.

@The_ACNA The people implicated in misconduct, including Bp. Alan Hawkins (then COO as well as Bishop Coadjutor of the Diocese of Christ Our Hope), Bp. Eric Menees, Jeff Garrety, & Rachel Thebeau (until now) have continued to ascend from glory to glory in the ACNA.

@The_ACNA Some of them, including Ms. Thebeau, were even allowed to continue working on the Ruch case, which in light of her whistleblowing is so ironic that mortal flesh cannot bear it.

@The_ACNA The time to act, people of the ACNA, was years ago. But I do hope that now that ACNA conservative institutional stalwarts like Runyan & Thebeau have blown the whistle, some of you will finally listen instead of dismissing them for being hysterical or shrill.

@The_ACNA I hope that now that the process has revealed itself to be utterly inadequate & run by corrupt people, you will finally stop being placated by calls to Be Patient & Trust The Process.

If you tell yourself that this doesn't effect you- that you are only called to your local parish, you are enabling & upholding this corruption with your tithes, gifts, & labor.

Campaign for the vestry to withhold funds from the diocese & province.
