Manifestation is key for your success.

You are energy, you vibrate on a certain frequency.

You attract what you are, on the frequency you vibrate.

How can I change my vibration?

Changing your patterns of thoughts and emotions.

You can use 3 techniques to achieve this.
1) Affirmations:

The reticular activation system in your brain decides where your attention will go.

It will focus your attention on the things you agree.
Affirmations help your reticular activation system to look for new answers and to change your thought patterns.

This will be influenced by your beliefs as well.

If you have limiting beliefs it will take longer.
There is a number of affirmations that you have to repeat to vibrate how you want or to reach a desired mindset.

This number can be 300 or 3000, it changes on each person.

Keep working on it until you find your number.
Use the phrase "I AM"

I am abundant
I feel that money comes to me
I understand I don't need any effort to achieve what I want

Repeat this 3 thousand times minimum
2) Meditation

Many to avoid this, but meditation can enhance your affirmation practice.

Meditation will help you have a clear mind so the repetition of the affirmations can reach your subconscious mind.

I have used this type of meditation for 3 years and it has changed my life

3) Writing

Writing your affirmations daily will manifest your desires faster.

Your subconscious will gather all the information you perceive, by writing you will feel, read and repeat your affirmations.
Be consistent in writing, you can also write your plans and goals.

This will give clarity to your mind.
