3. Most people are damaging their pancreas daily

Modern habits that stress this vital organ:

• Constant snacking
• High sugar intake
• High calorie intake
• Low muscle mass
• Alcohol abuse
• Low activity

Your pancreas was never designed to handle this constant bombardment.

Stable blood sugar = less stress on your pancreas.

The best way to do this is to build lean muscle mass - lean muscle in the most "insulin sensitive" tissue in your body.

• Lift weights 3–4x/week
• Get a structured program and progress weekly

9. Support your digestion to lighten the load

If your pancreas can't release enzymes, food doesn't get digested properly.

Support it by:

• Eating less over all food
• Eating more fiber
• Taking a multi vitamin or green supplement
• Walking more to stimulate your digestive muscles

Your gut & pancreas work as a team.
