If we put the drama aside.. the shift in global order is becoming evident to all. We are moving to Multipolarity in Bipolarity.
The real pain is not India agreeing or Japan playing hardball. These are outcomes of the changing times.
What USA did to Churchill pre
WW2 is playing out in a diluted version currently. No empire accepts irrelevance and Churchill had to preside over the dismantling of the British empire to fund war efforts with USA maintaining a strong anti colonial stance.
The new order saw US lead NATO and establish a new financial order, currency dominance. Dollar became the global reserve currency and post 91 this was absolute.
Today local currency payments within groups, China pursuing trade in it’s own currency is showing a glimpse of
What will come in the times ahead, Russia transacting despite SWIFT denial adds, ( Ukraine is a non issue, it’s camouflage), Japan refusing a repeat of Plaza, dollar debt mounting and now India.
Power projection is always a combination of reality and perception. Reality is dollar, tech, oil and military industrial complex. When all the above start getting impacted perception starts eroding. None of US allies have appreciated bullying.. Pakistan doesn’t count as
An ally it’s a pimp and will always remain one. So when the playground bully is ageing.. everyone starts venting. This is just the start. Old resentments will come to the surface the more US stomps harder.
It’s quite funny. Common sense would indicate that a softer power would use inclusivity to strengthen itself but such is the fear of irrelevance and obsession with respect that to survive, power uses exclusivity. Ego > common sense. But that is a natural outcome of time -decline.

As events unfold .. couple of things are evident. USA if ignorant about its defence contractor’s job (unlikely), went ahead to get India to cede to it. China if it funded the terror group(army) was to create temporary disruption as all supply chains were shifting to India.
Munir had a point to prove and wanted to show his army he’s the big daddy. Pahalgam suited all their agendas. Plus India had a habit of apply apply no reply.
Pakistan had gotten away with murder for much larger attacks. The one thing no one counted on - India’s answer this time around. China understood and immediately backed off. It understood it had overplayed its hand.
Another chain of thoughts - H1B. The US government’s only concern should be and aptly so with its citizens. So that means citizens and ar best PR holders. Now as a government you’re in a situation where illegals are running amok, inflation is sky high, mortgages are impossible
And healthcare is a mess. A lot of the illegals handling will solve the issue but that’s a state matter too so the optics are not great. Indians/Chinese make up majority of the force. They are good citizens - law abiding, hard working, buy houses,
Take mortgages, contribute to 401ks and invest in their home countries. Their employers match their contributions and give them health insurance for which they pay. An interest cut will put money in the hands of the American ppl that are anyway suffering from job cuts but
Multipolarity in Bipolarity. The New Global Order.
You’re welcome ☺️🤗
It has been in the making for sometime.
Those saying Haryana made this happen are looking at things from a v simplified perspective. There are multiple stakeholders, many countries and global factors that work in tandem. When the universe aligns a small win gives big results, when it doesn’t a big win postpones outcome
When ppl say US is gone, dead that’s not true. It simply means that there is another system emerging. The absolute monopoly of one country (5 eyes) is actually one nation to create havoc without consequences for interests/fun/ego is slowly coming to pass.
Monday Mayhem. Love the analysts out giving their two cents. Cold War 2.0 started a while back. Proxy wars are inevitable. USA enjoys the advantage of geography, China doesn’t.
This time around there is Multipolarity in Bipolarity. The countries with the ability to influence at some level will be collateral and hit hardest to compel them deeper in a certain camp. India will be impacted significantly.
On account of the same, Pakistan has got a new lease of life. Its usefulness has increased. Its ability to provide terror groups to carry out activities is v useful for China. India has no choice but to be in the US camp. Friendship with the eagle is fatal.
Time is the master. It creates and destroys. What exists today shall not tomorrow, the pain of today is the pleasure of tomorrow. Time rules everything and everyone. Like the sun and beyond it, it is witness to all. Falling kingdoms, glorious empires, great kings..all bow to Time
There was a time when the Church ruled Europe. Elite families sent their sons to become part of it. A prominent family gave the world 3 popes. The Church was the State. It seemed invincible. Nothing could stem it’s rise.
Nobility married among each other. The tentacles spread. The principalities entwined. Then came the moment when Henry established a new Church. Lateran Pacts separated the Church and State. Principalities started dissolving. WW came to pass. Renowned houses fell.
Ideology can be personal but has no place in foreign policy as a fixed factor. Things change, situations change. Flexibility and agility matters. For a lot of the world, Dr Kissinger would be a monster. They would be right in having this attitude from their perspective.
But Dr Kissinger’s job has been to forward US interests which he has done brilliantly well. He has partnered with whoever need be - the Commies against the commies, terrorists against terrorists etc etc.
India has chosen the policy of non alignment for the longest time. But the current situation doesn’t permit that. In an ideal world- China & India would embrace the unity of Asian values and take on the colonisers. But we don’t live in an ideal world.
