📈 JBS stock went UP.

💬 CEO said: “The global trade war has had an insignificant impact.”

They’re not hurting.
They’re laughing.

3/ Because JBS already owns the U.S. supply chain:

✅ Pilgrim’s Pride (80% owned)
✅ U.S. pork, poultry, beef ops
✅ $200M in new domestic expansion

They are the market.

4/ So here’s the scam:

🚫 Imports get cut
📉 Supply drops
💸 Prices go up
💰 JBS U.S. division sells more beef at higher margins

🇺🇸 All while still using “Product of USA” labels

5/ Meanwhile, U.S. ranchers are:

❌ Losing contracts
❌ Paying checkoff fees
❌ Getting undercut on price
❌ Watching JBS post record profits while selling foreign-owned meat under American flags

✅ Bought U.S. plants with the cash
✅ Donated $5M to Trump’s inaugural
✅ Got SEC approval
✅ Got DOJ immunity
✅ Got USDA deregulation
